Jared Dudley played 29 minutes against the Warriors on Wednesday, scoring four points with one steal and one block .

After looking great over his previous five with averages of 14.8 points, 3.8 boards, 1.2 steals and 2.8 triples on 52.8 percent shooting, Dudley came crashing back to Earth tonight. He's a little too inconsistent to own and things will only get worse once J.J. Redick comes back from his injury.

Jared Dudley cooled off on Saturday, hitting 3-of-8 shots for nine points, two rebounds, one assist and three 3-pointers.

He had scored 20, 14 and 16 points in his previous three games, but couldn't get it going tonight. He'll try to start a new hot streak in his next game, but given his shaky history, we're not all that high on him going forward. He almost tripled his 7.5 points per game average with this gem. Dudley is starting to heat up a little over his last five, shooting 57.9 percent from the field for 11.2 points per game. Doc Rivers runs a lot of three-guard lineups and Jamal Crawford will get his shots, so Dudley's upside is capped with just the 6.6 shots per game he's getting right now.

Jared Dudley didn't get much extra opportunity on Thursday with seven points, one rebound, two assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes against the Thunder.

Even with Matt Barnes out, Dudley was right at his average of 27.0 minutes per game. Over his previous 10 games, he's averaged just 7.2 points, 1.5 boards, 0.1 blocks and 0.4 steals, so there's very little to like here.

He only entered tonight with 7.8 points per game before tonight's dud and there's almost no upside here with the way J.J. Redick has flourished. Dudley belongs on the wire in most leagues.

He had more turnovers and fouls than field goals, boards, assists, blocks, steals and 3-pointers tonight. Dudley's playing time and shots have decreased in each of his last two games and he's looked a little lost on both ends. He's not helping himself and is hard to own in almost any league.

Jared Dudley hit 6-of-11 shots (including three treys) to go with three rebounds in 34 minutes on Monday against the Rockets.

Dudley has been very quiet this season and the porous Rockets defense sort of devalues this performance, but the 34 minutes are a nice look and Dudley is worth a look for the chance he can build off this outing.

He was the low man in minutes among the wing group of J.J. Redick, Matt Barnes and Jamal Crawford. Dudley also shot just 2-of-6 from the field tonight and it doesn't appear that a lot of shots are in the cards for the former Sun.

He's only taken 5.7 shots per game with his new team this month even with all the players on the wing getting some rest throughout camp. Dudley hasn't done enough to warrant a selection in standard leagues.

Jared Dudley is expected to be the Clippers' starting small forward this season.

The new-look Clippers' starting five projects to feature Chris Paul, J.J. Redick, Dudley, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan. But Redick and Dudley will lose plenty of minutes to Jamal Crawford and Matt Barnes, capping the fantasy upside of all four players. When the Clips need stops, Barnes will be on the floor as the best wing defender on the team.

Clippers acquired G/F Jared Dudley as part of a three-team trade with the Suns and Bucks.

It's an underrated get for the Clippers. Dudley does have three years left on his deal at $4.25 million a year, but he's an solid shooter (40.5 percent career from 3-point range) and solid wing defender at 6'7/225. Dudley could fill the Matt Barnes role nicely.
