Mon Jan 21 201308:01Ramon Sessions pacing Bobcats in FT attempts
Ramon Sessions averages one free throw for every 4.75 shot attempts.
Sessions is eighth in the NBA in free throws made per game with 4.7 and 28th in foul shooting with an 83.9 percent clip. Sessions credits his ability to take care of his body in the weight room to stay aggressive, and it's an element of his game fantasy owners will gladly embrace. He's averaging 14.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists in just over 26.5 minutes per game.

Fri Jan 18 201323:20Ramon Sessions posts 15-4-7 line
Ramon Sessions scored 15 points off the bench on Friday, hitting 4-of-13 shots (6-of-8 FTs) with four rebounds, seven assists, one block, and one 3-pointer in 30 minutes.
Sessions is worth a short-term look while Gerald Henderson is dealing with back issues and Ben Gordon is struggling, but given the log-jam of guards any long-term value still needs to be viewed with skepticism in standard formats.

Tue Jan 15 201322:37Ramon Sessions goes for 13 points, 1 assist
Ramon Sessions had 13 points and one assist on 3-of-10 shooting in 28 minutes off the bench on Tuesday.
He's averaging 12 points and 3.4 assists over his last five, and is shooting a miserable 34 percent over that stretch. Shooting guard is getting crowded in Charlotte with Gerald Henderson starting and Ben Gordon getting minutes, but Sessions should be relevant again once he gets his shot figured out.

Fri Jan 11 201321:33Sessions plays 29 minutes on Friday
Ramon Sessions shot 3-of-11 for 11 points with one rebound, three assists and no turnovers in 29 minutes against the Raptors on Friday.
Sessions' minutes have dropped in each of his last two games, but he's still attempted 10.5 shots per game and averaged 16.3 points in 21.0 minutes. He's the most consistent player off the Charlotte bench and he's worth holding in most leagues.

Fri Jan 4 201323:17Ramon Sessions plays 35 minutes on Friday
Ramon Sessions played 35 minutes in the loss to the Cavs and had 20 points, five rebounds, six assists and one steal on Friday.
Sessions' minutes have picked up a little with 30 per game over his last six contests. As long as he's getting that allotment of minutes, he should be worth owning in most formats. Although, he could fall out of favor with short notice.

Sat Dec 29 201200:05Ramon Sessions scores 12 points in 26 minutes
Ramon Sessions played 26 minutes in a 97-81 loss to the Nets on Friday, scoring 12 points with two rebounds, two assists and one steal.
The Bobcats rotation on the wing has been a mess with Sessions, Gerald Henderson, and Ben Gordon, so it's not going to be a fun ride for those that own Sessions. He's doing enough right now to be worth owning in mos formats, but just keep an eye on him to see if he has a few sub-par games in a row.

Wed Dec 26 201221:41Ramon Sessions goes for 19 & 5 in loss
Ramon Sessions had 19 points, five assists and a 3-pointer on 7-of-12 shooting in Wednesday's loss to the Heat, the 16th straight loss for Charlotte.
Sessions continues to play well off the bench for the Bobcats, and while he was helped by the absence of Ben Gordon tonight, he's still worth owning in most leagues. He's averaging 16 points, three assists and a 3-pointer over his last five games, but keep in mind that Gerald Henderson is back and starting at shooting guard for Charlotte, which could eventually impact Sessions' performance.

Sat Dec 22 201223:35Sessions drops 23 with Henderson out
Ramon Sessions scored 23 points with one rebound, one assist and two steals in 29 minutes against the Nuggets on Saturday.
He picked up some of the extra available minutes with Gerald Henderson (bruised shin) out tonight. Sessions has been up and down this year and Henderson shouldn't miss much time, so this big game shouldn't move the needle on his value much.

Sat Dec 22 201202:49Sessions scores 17 points vs. Warriors
Ramon Sessions scored 17 points on 4-of-10 shooting (including three treys) with one rebound and one assist in 23 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Warriors.
This isn't your typical effort from Sessions, which is usually lighter on the 3-point shooting and more versatile in the rebounding and assists departments. With Gerald Henderson (shin) questionable for Saturday's game, owners will want to give him a small amount of added consideration for that contest until we get an update.

Thu Dec 20 201200:53Ramon Sessions scores just two points
Ramon Sessions was quiet in his 18 minutes off the bench with two points, four assists and one steal in Wednesday's 121-104 loss to the Suns.
Sessions scored 12.4 points per game in his last nine contest over 23.3 minutes and his 18 minutes is his second lowest all year. His role isn't consistent, but owners in need of some cheap dimes could do worse.

Ramon Sessions hit 7-of-13 shooting and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes for 20 points, four rebounds and six assists in Tuesday's loss to the Lakers.
Despite coming off the bench and playing in the shadow of a red-hot Kemba Walker, Sessions is still averaging nearly 15 points and four assists over his last five games. If you're looking for point guard depth, Sessions may fit the bill.

Ramon Sessions played 22 minutes and had 16 points, four assists and two 3-pointers in a 113-90 loss to the Hawks on Thursday.
Sessions saw some action in garbage time, so this isn't a line that should move the needle to look at him as a pickup. Ben Gordon played just 17 minutes and is also off the radar in standard leagues.

Sat Dec 8 201202:59Sessions scores eight points off the bench
Ramon Sessions scored eight points off the bench on Friday against the Bucks, scoring eight points on 2-of-6 shooting with five rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 21 minutes.
Sessions has hit hard times and now that Gerald Henderson is back and Jeff Taylor isn't going away, it's time for owners to move on in standard formats.

Wed Dec 5 201222:54Ramon Sessions odd man out Wednesday
Ramon Sessions played just 14 minutes for eight points, five rebounds and one assist on 3-of-7 shooting in Wednesday's loss.
This is disturbing because rookie Jeff Taylor played 40 minutes, Kemba Walker had his best game of the season with a double-double, Ben Gordon is still hot and banging 3-pointers at will, and Gerald Henderson was back to normal minutes tonight. There are simply too many guards to divvy up minutes evenly in Charlotte right now, but it's too early to tell if this was a fluke or if Sessions' value is about to nose dive. See what happens on Friday against the Bucks, and if Sessions is left out of the mix again, it could be time to move on.

Mon Dec 3 201222:17Ramon Sessions plays 30 minutes
Ramon Sessions shot 2-of-9 from the field for 11 points with four rebounds and nine assists in 30 minutes against the Blazers on Monday.
He has been in a shooting slump all season and dropped his season field goal percentage to 37.8. Now that Gerald Henderson is back, it might be tough for Sessions to maintain his season average of 29 minutes per game.

Sat Dec 1 201201:54Sessions plays 28 minutes on Friday
Ramon Sessions played 28 minutes off the bench and had eight points, five rebounds, six assists and one steal in a 104-98 loss to the Sixers on Friday.
Even though Ben Gordon has picked it up lately, it hasn't hurt Sessions' playing time too much. The milk has gone with his shooting numbers lately since he's made just 33.7 percent of his field goals in his last six games. His upside isn't that high and the return of Gerald Henderson isn't going to help him, so owners in shallow leagues might be able to do better.

Wed Nov 28 201223:54Ramon Sessions stays hot in loss to Hawks
Ramon Sessions had 18 points, eight assists and two steals on 7-of-17 shooting in Wednesday's loss to the Hawks.
He was 1-of-9 for seven points in his previous game, which is the only time he's scored less than 10 points this season, and came in averaging 16 points per game. He should be owned in all leagues.

Wed Nov 21 201223:34Sessions has an off shooting night vs. TOR
Ramon Sessions had an off night in Charlotte's 98-97 victory over the Raptors and finished with 14 points, six rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes on Wednesday.
He was just 5-of-19 from the field, but the 33 minutes are a strong indication of his value. The return of Gerald Henderson could hurt, but it's likely Ben Gordon (23 minutes and 13 points tonight) is the most likely to suffer.

Mon Nov 19 201223:48Sessions scores 23 points with key FTs
Ramon Sessions scored 23 points on 6-of-13 shooting (1-of-2 3PTs, 10-of-10 FTs) with four rebounds, four assists, and one steal in Friday's win.
Sessions scored nine of his 23 points in the fourth quarter and hit two key free throws with 4.2 seconds left to secure the win over the Bucks, who had lost just one game this year before tonight. Sessions is cruising along and got another reprieve with Ben Gordon leaving with a knee contusion tonight. Owners should know that eventually things will get crowded when Gerald Henderson returns, but for now Sesh is on fire.
