Wed Nov 3 202109:28Cade Cunningham Struggles With Shot Once Again
Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham struggled mightily in Tuesday's 117-89 loss to Milwaukee. Cunningham scored just six points on 2-for-14 shooting, including 0 of 9 on his three-point attempts, adding three assists and two rebounds in 29 minutes. It was another abysmal shooting performance for the number-one overall pick, but there were still some positives to take out of it. The ankle injury that's been bothering Cunningham seems to be behind him, as he played a season-high 29 minutes in a blowout loss while putting up 14 shots, the most on the team. It's ugly right now, but fantasy managers need to be patient with Cunningham, who is far too talented to give up on after just two games played. The rookie has some tough matchups coming up, which could open up the buy-low window even more for opportunistic fantasy managers.

Mon Nov 1 202122:08Cade Cunningham Not On Tuesday's Injury Report
Detroit Pistons guardCade Cunningham (ankle) isn't listed on the league's official injury report ahead of Tuesday's matchup versus Milwaukee. The first overall pick of the 2021 NBA Draft missed the first four bouts of the season while tending to a sprained right ankle. However, he did make his debut on Saturday against Orlando, although it wasn't anything memorable as he went on to finish with only seven rebounds, two points, two assists, and a block across 18 minutes of work. With head coach Dwane Casey recently indicating the rookie won't play in both games of back-to-back outings, fantasy managers should prepare in advance leading up to the upcoming meetings with Philadelphia and Brooklyn on Thursday and Friday.

Mon Nov 1 202113:14Cade Cunningham Won't Play In Back-To-Back Sets
Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham (ankle) won't play in back-to-back sets, according to head coach Dwane Casey. The organization wants to be cautious with their prized guard who missed basically a month of action. This is certainly frustrating news for fantasy managers, but hopefully this is only a short term plan for Cunningham. In the meantime, Josh Jackson will see a significant increase in value whenever Cunningham is sitting out.
