He's in line to get some MVP votes, as he's been a beast ever since he became fully healthy a month into the season. The Bobcats have won 10 of their last 12 games at home and currently sit as the No. 7 seed in the East.

Al Jeffereson dominated in the paint against the Blazers on Saturday with 28 points, seven boards, six assists, one steal and one block in 29 minutes.

The Bobcats put up 54 points in the paint and Big Al put on a clinic against Robin Lopez. He's quickly become the master of the 2-point field goal and scoring at a 25-point-per-game clip since the break while only making 2.4 free throws per game. Jefferson is a beast.

He shot 10-of-17 from the field and his production on 2-pointers is out of this world. Since the All-Star break, Jefferson has 162 makes from inside the arc in his 14 games which is leads the NBA -- Carmelo Anthony has 121 in his 15 games. Jefferson is absolutely rolling right now and scored at least 20 points in nine of his last 10 games.

Al Jefferson was up to his usual tricks against the Wolves on Friday during a 105-93 win, scoring 25 points with 16 boards, one assist and one block in 38 minutes.

A 25 and 16 line is usually exciting news for most players, but not for Big Al. In his previous seven games this month, Jefferson averaged 27.7 points, 10.1 boards, 2.1 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.1 steals on 61.5 percent from the field. He's carrying a lot of his fantasy owners right now.

If Big Al didn't do this against Ajinca we'd have been surprised. Kemba Walker went for 13 and eight with five rebounds, Gerald Henderson scored just seven points, and Josh McRoberts had three blocks but added just six points and five boards in the win.

This is pretty much status quo for Big Al. Over his last five, Jefferson averaged 27.2 points, 10.8 boards, 1.2 blocks and 2.0 steals on 53.1 percent from the field. Jefferson led all centers in points per game back in January and he's off to a nice start for February.

Al Jefferson filled the stat sheet against the Spurs during a 104-100 loss on Saturday, shooting 12-of-21 from the field for 26 points with nine boards, three assists, four steals and three blocks in 38 minutes.

He's been on another level over his previous 10, averaging 27.0 points, 12.9 boards, 2.7 assists, 1.1 blocks and 1.1 steals on 53.4 percent from the field. The Bobcats aren't playing they type of defense they were playing back in December, but they are force-feeding Jefferson inside for some offense. He's an elite big man in fantasy leagues.

Al Jefferson bounced back from a 10-point game for 30 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, two steals and zero blocks in Tuesday's surprising blowout win over the Warriors.

Jefferson hit 12-of-22 shots, but also failed to block a shot and hit just 6-of-10 free throws. And we think we speak for most of his owners when we say 'who cares?' Jefferson is possibly having his best season, which isn't hard to believe considering he's the best player on his team and is unchallenged for his job.

Al Jefferson scored just 10 points against the Suns on Saturday with six boards, one steal and one block in 27 minutes.

The Bobcats were flat tonight and were absolutely demolished on defense. Jefferson was on fire over his previous 10, averaging 28.9 points, 12.6 boards, 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks, so there is nothing to worry about at all. Look for Al to get it going again on Tuesday night at Golden State.

Al Jefferson eviscerated the Lakers in Friday's win, tying a career-high with 40 points on 18-of-32 shooting, 18 rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Poor Robert Sacre might be seeing Big Al in his nightmares tonight, and it was sort of unfair watching the big man toy with an obviously overmatched Lakers defense. Jefferson has been a top 5-10 play since Kemba Walker (ankle) left the lineup and he's been a top 10-20 play over the last month. As long as he can stay this healthy he should be able to return similar value, but that's the bugaboo with him. Not one to miss games, he often gets dinged up and loses the explosion he's currently showing.

We've heard nothing about the injury since it happened in Wednesday's game and owners can go ahead and use him how they normally would, especially since he's been thoroughly enjoying the absence of Kemba Walker.
