Lin scored 19 points (8-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-4 FT) with three rebounds, two assists, one steal, and two blocks in 26 minutes Sunday.
The 19 points was Lin's highest output since being demoted and only the fourth time he has gotten to double-digits in the 11 games off the bench. It stands a good chance that Lin reclaims the starting job in the coming weeks as Ronnie Price has been ineffective, but in most leagues, stashing Lin is an unproductive strategy.

Lin came off the bench again in Friday's win over the Spurs, scoring 14 points (6-14 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 0-2 FT) in 30 minutes.
Lin hadn't been responding well to his benching, but this was by far his best performance in the past three games. Ronnie Price had a terrible game as a starter, going 0-for-4 in 17 minutes. If this trend continues, Lin could work his way back into the starting lineup.

Lin scored just three points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT) with one rebound, four assists and one steal in 22 minutes off the bench Tuesday.
Lin has not responded well to his demotion, averaging 3.0 points and 4.0 assists in his two games behind Ronnie Price. Price hasn't been excelling himself, so Lin could easily get value back, although the early returns have not been promising. If there's someone you want on the waiver wire, Lin could be dropped.
Mon Dec 8 201411:19Jeremy Lin: (Leg) May Continue In Bench Role
Lin (leg) could continue to come off the bench, as coach Byron Scott indicated he wants to give the current lineup a look for 10-15 games, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Lin scored just three points with three rebound and four assists Sunday against the Pelicans, hardly enough to justify a change in his role at this point. He and Carlos Boozer will likely continue to come off the bench for the foreseeable future, with Ronnie Price starting at point guard in Lin's place.

Lin had a sharp pain in his leg that caused him to stop his post-game interviews Sunday, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Lin hasn't performed well enough off the bench to warrant a move back to the starting lineup, scoring just three points with three rebounds and four assists Sunday. the move to the bench could become a regular occurrence, as coach Byron Scott indicated he would give the current lineup a look for 10-to-15 games.

Lin scored just three points (1-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-3 FT) with three rebounds and four assists in 20 minutes Sunday.
Surprisingly, Lin was benched in favor of Ronnie Price and responded in possibly the worst way he could have. Fortunately, Price struggled just as much and it's unlikely the journeyman is really the man coach Byron Scott wants running his team. This benching may be just a temporary move and as such, Lin should be held to see what the next week brings.
Sun Dec 7 201414:48Lin will come off bench against Pelicans on Sunday
Lin will come off the bench against the Pelicans on Sunday.
Lin hasn't performed particularly well this season and coach Byron Scott has decided to replace him with Ronnie Price on Sunday. It's still unclear if this is a permanent move, or if Scott is just trying to motivate Lin. Either way, Price is in line to have a more prominent role on the Lakers against the Pelicans.

Lin scored 14 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT) with two assists in 19 minutes during Friday's loss against the Celtics.
He was coming off a zero point (0-10 FG) performance against the Wizards, so there was only one way to go for Lin. Ronnie Price has seen more playing time than Lin in the past two games so this situation is worth monitoring.

Lin was held scoreless (0-10 FG, 0-6 3Pt) but contributed four rebounds, five assists and one block in 21 during Wednesday's loss to the Lakers.
This was the second time this season Lin has failed to score, but the 0-10 from the field is costly for owners. His form over the last two weeks has been promising after a slow start to the season so hopefully this was only a slight speed bump.

Lin Lin scored 17 points (8-15 FG, 0-4 3PT, 1-3 FT) with five assists, three rebounds, and two steals.
Despite the fact that he went 0-of-4 from 3-point range, and missed two pivotal free throws that could've given the Lakers the victory, this was actually a nice game from Lin. The biggest criticism about Lin has always been his consistency, so while this stat line is not bad, it still remains to be seen if he can sustain this level of production as the Lakers starting point guard.
Mon Nov 24 201403:24Lin (back) said that he fine
Lin (back) said that he is fine, and that he will continue to play, Mark Medina reports.
The injury was never considered serious enough to sideline Lin, but it is nice to see that he has been aggressive on the floor despite having the injury.

Lin (back) did not practice Saturday, the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
The 26-year-old is battling some back soreness but it seems the decision to hold him out Saturday was primarily for maintenance purposes, as the issue is not believed to be serious. Lin has been up and down over the past week, but there's been nothing to suggest he won't be available for close to his normal minutes Sunday against the Nuggets.

Lin, who was coming off a scoreless game Sunday, scored 15 points (6-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT) with three rebounds, 10 assists, and two steals in 31 minutes Tuesday.
Although Lin started the season slowly, and put up a goose egg Sunday, he's been fairly consistent in between, scoring in double digits in seven of the last nine games. He won't light the world on fire this season, but his fantasy value should hold steady.

Lin got the Patrick Beverley treatment Tuesday and struggled his way to seven points (1-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two rebounds and six assists in 29 minutes Tuesday.
There's no need to panic after a subpar game from Lin as he was matched up against one of the best defensive point guards in the game in Beverley, as well as going against his former teammates. Lin went scoreless in the first half, but looked better in the second and this will likely be a low-point in what should be a productive season for the former Houston player. If Lin was dropped in your league as a result of this, run, don't walk, to the waiver wire to get him onto your squad.

Lin will start Tuesday's opener against the Rockets.
The absence of Steve Nash presents an opportunity for Lin to assume the vast majority of the point guard minutes, and he'll now step in as the starter when the regular season begins. Ronnie Price may still be in the conversation to start, though, as Byron Scott may prefer to bring Lin off the bench. Whether he starts or not, Lin's fantasy value is close to as high as it's ever been given the players with which he's competing for playing time.

Lin will likely assume the starting point guard with Steve Nash ruled out for the season, The L.A. Times reports.
While Lin was expected to play more minutes and be the more fantasy relevant player this season, the news of Nash being done for the year still has an impact in his fantasy value. Previously, coach Byron Scott had annointed Nash the starter, meaning Lin would play off the bench and start on the games Nash rested. Now, with more consistency and only rookie Jordan Clarkson and veteran Ronnie Price behind him, Lin is poised to have his fantasy value rise significantly. He'll likely go higher than where his current ADP sits, so jumping on him n the mid rounds is a solid strategy.

Lin came off the bench in his return from two sprained ankles, scoring 15 points (3-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 8-10 FT) with four rebounds, five assists, and two steals in 24 minutes Tuesday.
Now healthy, it should only be a matter of time before Lin usurps the starting role from Ronnie Price, who has been the placeholder starter of late. With Steve Nash's troublesome back likely to be a constant concern, Lin's fantasy value looks like it will fairly consistent.
