Tue Mar 26 201317:18Chris Parmelee doubles twice against Orioles
Chris Parmelee went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles as the Twins beat the Orioles 9-5 on Tuesday.
Considering that Parmelee needs all of the help he can get in right field, it's rather surprising that six of his 16 starts in the field this spring have come at first base. It makes us wonder if he'll start there more often than anticipated this year, with Ryan Doumit perhaps spending more time on the bench.

Parmelee hasn't played in nine days due to groin tightness, but the Twins were mostly playing things safe. He's playing right field in his first game back as opposed to being eased in as a DH, so that's a good sign that the issue is behind him.
