Bayless scored eight points (4-12 FG) to go along with seven rebounds, nine assists and five turnovers in 33 minutes Monday against the Raptors.
Although Bayless didn't start with Brandon Knight (quad) out, he played more minutes than starter Jorge Gutierrez. Should Knight miss any more time, Bayless would likely see increased playing time regardless if he starts or comes off the bench.

Bayless scored 15 points for the second straight game Tuesday, as the Bucks defeated the Heat, scoring 15 points (6-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-4 FT) and dishing out seven assists in 22 minutes.
Bayless's past two games have been solid, but prior to this run, he had six straight games of single-digit points, and had eight or fewer points in all but two appearances in January. Bayless simply doesn't produce enough off the bench for the Bucks to be a fantasy option in standard leagues.

Bayless put up 15 points (5-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-7 FT), two rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block in 23 minutes off the bench Sunday.
Bayless has good games like this from time to time, but his role off the bench isn't significant enough for him to be of use in standard leagues. Through 11 games in January, Bayless has averaged 6.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.2 three-pointers in 23 minutes per game. He'd need a lot more minutes to be of use in standard leagues, so don't reach for him based on one good game.

Bayless (knee) put up six points, five assists, and two steals in 23 minutes against the Pacers on Friday.
Bayless returned from a one-game absence Friday and assumed his normal obligations off the bench. He currently is a limited option in most formats and will likely continue to see around the 20.7 minutes that he's been averaging this season.
Fri Jan 2 201518:57Bayless (knee) good to go for Friday's game
Bayless (knee) is good to go for Friday's game.
He missed one game with a knee issue, but will be back Friday to provide his typical backcourt support off the bench.
Fri Jan 2 201512:18Bayless (knee) probable for Friday's game against Pacers
Bayless (knee) is probable for Friday's game against the Pacers.
Bayless is expected to miss just the one game, and he should be able to handle his typical allotment of 20-30 minutes. His return may lead to another DNP-CD for Nate Wolters, who logged double-digit minutes for the first time since November in Wednesday's win over the Cavs.
Wed Dec 31 201418:54Bayless has sore knee and will not play Wednesday
Bayless has a sore knee and will not play Wednesday, Bucks announcer Jim Paschke reports.
This is the first we have heard of the injury for Bayless, but it should mean slightly more minutes for Kendall Marshall on Wednesday. Consider Bayless day-to-day.

Bayless scored 17 points (6-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and added four rebounds, five assists and one block in 29 minutes of action.
Bayless has seen an uptick in minutes late, likely a result of the loss of Jabari Parker (knee) for the season. Whatever the reason may be, he continues to see court time and produces modest numbers at best when given the chance to play.

Bayless moved back to the bench and scored five points (1-5 FG, 3-3 FT) in 14 minutes Saturday.
Bayless started on Friday while replacing the banged up Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle), but with Giannis' return, Bayless moved back to the bench. It appears that Bayless has lost his starting spot for good to Antetokounmpo, and will only have fantasy value in standard leagues if any of the Buck's guards get hurt again.
Fri Nov 21 201418:47Bayless will start at shooting guard Friday against Raptors
Bayless will start at shooting guard Friday against the Raptors.
Bayless will get the start at shooting guard, as Kris Middleton has to move to small forward with the ankle injury keeping Giannis Antetokounmpo out of Friday's game. This will be Bayless' first start of the year and he should play in more minutes than his season average of 19. As soon as Antetokounmpo is healthy, Bayless will head back to the bench, so this starting run will most likely be short-lived.

Bayless scored 20 points (5-10 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 8-8 FT) with three rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 21 minutes off the bench in the loss to Washington on Saturday.
Bayless scored a combined 10 points in the first two games, but caught fire against the Wizards' second unit. He may have earned more playing time in future games, but should not be picked up yet in anything but the deepest of fantasy leagues.
Thu Jul 31 201411:46Bayless has officially signed with Bucks
Bayless has officially signed with the Bucks, the team's website reports.
Bayless spent last season with both the Grizzlies and Celtics, averaging 9.3 points and 2.7 assists in 72 games. Overall, Bayless has already played for five teams during his six-year career. The 25-year-old is expected to provide a steady back-up option at both guard positions for the Bucks this upcoming season.
Wed Jul 16 201409:11Report: Bucks close to signing Jerryd Bayless
The Bucks are close to signing veteran guard Jerryd Bayless, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.
Bayless spent last season with both the Grizzlies and Celtics, averaging 9.1 points over 72 games. He would likely go to Milwaukee as the primary back up to point guard Brandon Knight, providing some offense off the bench. This move also indicates that free agent Ramon Sessions will not be returning to Milwaukee next season. Bayless' ability to contribute to multiple categories is limited and he should not be on fantasy radars heading into next season.

Wed Apr 16 201417:42Jerryd Bayless will not play on Wednesday
Jerryd Bayless (knee) will not play against the Wizards on Wednesday.
There is nothing structurally wrong with Bayless' knee, but this injury has cost him the final three games of the season. He'll head into the summer as a free agent and will likely have less value than he did this season. Expect Phil Pressey and Avery Bradley to carry the load in the backcourt.

Mon Apr 14 201417:50Jerryd Bayless unlikely to play this season
Jerryd Bayless (knee) is unlikely to play against the Wizards on Wednesday, according to coach Brad Stevens.
He was ruled out for Monday's game very early and his knee injury from Friday has already cost him one game. Bayless was brought on the team more for his contract, but he played fairly well in his 41 games with the Celtics. Avery Bradley and Phil Pressey will get some extra run.

Mon Apr 14 201411:23Jerryd Bayless (knee) doesn't travel to PHI
Jerryd Bayless (knee) didn't travel with the Celtics for Monday's game in Philly.
Bayless was recently scheduled to have an MRI but the test results haven't been announced, and for now we're considering him questionable to return on Wednesday. Avery Bradley will continue to dominate minutes at SG in his absence.

Fri Apr 11 201423:37Jerryd Bayless will have MRI on right knee
Jerryd Bayless will have an MRI on his right knee and won't travel with the team for Saturday's game vs. the Cavs.
If the MRI goes well, he could join the team in time for the game. Of course, things don't sound very encouraging at this point and we would consider Bayless doubtful. If he's out, the Celtics might be looking to get huge minutes out of Avery Bradley and Phil Pressey. Rajon Rondo missed Friday due to a shin injury and is questionable.

Fri Apr 11 201421:36Jerryd Bayless (knee sprain) out for game
Jerryd Bayless suffered a right knee sprain on Friday and will not return.
The team only needed about five minutes to rule him out following the injury, so that doesn't bode well for his outlook on Saturday night. Rajon Rondo (shin) is also out, so the Celtics might have to get a lot out of Phil Pressey and Avery Bradley. Bayless finished with two points, one board and two assist sin 19 minutes.

Wed Apr 2 201423:39Jerryd Bayless stinks in start vs. Wizards
Jerryd Bayless struggled in his start at shooting guard on Wednesday with two points, one assist and three steals in 21 minutes.
He started for Avery Bradley (Achilles) and Bradley could miss some time over the weekend. Still, Bayless has been way too inconsistent to be picked up in fantasy leagues, especially with the possibility of Bradley returning.

Wed Apr 2 201423:19Jerryd Bayless chokes in start at SG
Starting at shooting guard, Jerryd Bayless had just two points and one assists in Wednesday's loss to the Wizards.
Bayless and the entire starting unit struggled, so coach Brad Stevens went with a bench mob for much of the game. We still think Bayless will continue to start as long as Avery Bradley (Achilles) is sidelined. He came into this one averaging 11.9 points, 2.9 assists and 2.6 rebounds in 16 starts.
