Jason Repko (thumb) was used as a pinch-runner Monday.
Repko left Saturday's game because of a right thumb contusion and probably won't feel well enough to take an at-bat until later in the week. He's hitting .230/.319/.352 with three homers and nine RBI this year.

X-rays were negative and he should be available within the next few days. Repko finished 2-for-2 with a run scored Saturday against the Tigers.

Thu Aug 5 201015:09Repko propels Twins to victory
Jason Repko homered, doubled and scored the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth as the Twins topped the Rays 8-6 on Thursday.
Kevin Slowey took a 6-0 lead to the bottom of the eighth, but he, Jesse Crain and Ron Mahay went on to allow six runs in the frame, tying it up. Repko, who homered in the fifth, started the rally in the ninth with a double. After a groundout, an intentional walk to Joe Mauer and another groundout, Jason Kubel popped one to shallow left that hit the catwalk and fell in for an RBI single. The Twins added a second run on Michael Cuddyer's hit. The victory leaves the Twins one game back of the White Sox in the AL Central.

Twins purchased the contract of OF Jason Repko from Triple-A Rochester.
Repko was inked to a minor league contract at the end of spring training and has batted .281/.368/.412 with six home runs and 10 stolen bases in 228 at-bats for Rochester. He will operate in a backup role.

Twins signed OF Jason Repko to a minor league contract.
Repko, who was released by the Dodgers last week, will play center field for Triple-A Rochester. The 29-year-old outfielder has a .226/.297/.371 bating line in the majors, though he hasn't logged more than 18 at-bats in a season since 2006.
