Sat Mar 31 201217:25Jose Lobaton goes 3-for-4 in tie game
Jose Lobaton went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI as the Rays and Red Sox played to a 7-7 tie on Saturday.
With Robinson Chirinos missing most of the spring due to a concussion, Lobaton appears set to win a bench job by default. He could get more playing time than most backup catchers, but he probably won't hit enough to be of much use in AL-only leagues.
