Wed Jan 19 201111:05Nocioni still out Wednesday
Andres Nocioni (finger) will not play in Wednesday's game against the Magic.
The Sixers are giving Andres Nocioni some extended rest so his dislocated finger can get back to a reasonable level of health. It means a few extra minutes for Evan Turner and Andre Iguodala.

Mon Jan 17 201112:36Nocioni out Monday w/ dislocated finger
Andres Nocioni will not play on Monday as he recovers from a dislocated finger.
Nocioni won't be missed as much with Andre Iguodala back from his Achilles injury, and rookie Evan Turner is likely to pick up extra minutes off the bench.

Fri Jan 14 201111:30Nocioni expects to play Friday
Andres Nocioni (finger) is expected to play against the Bucks Friday.
Nocioni has really been struggling with his finger dislocation, but has bravely tried to fight through it. He'll give it a go again tonight, but look for limited minutes. The swingman still isn't 100 percent and Andre Iguodala (Achilles) is back.

Thu Jan 13 201110:37Nocioni hopes to play Friday
Andres Nocioni (finger) participated in shooting drills Wednesday and hopes to play Friday against the Bucks.
With Andre Iguodala (Achilles) back, Nocioni's minutes are going to be severely chopped even when he's 100 percent. Leave him on waivers.

Wed Jan 12 201100:38Nocioni plays just three minutes vs. Pacers
Andres Nocioni (finger) lasted just three minutes in Tuesday's game, and he finished with no stats other than a turnover.
His fantasy run was ending with Andre Iguodala's return, anyway, but if Iggy were to need a day off we're not entirely sure that Nocioni would be able to answer the call right now. Some time off could do him some good.
Tue Jan 11 201118:37Nocioni will play and come off bench on Tue
Andres Nocioni (finger) will be available and come off the bench for Tuesday's game against the Pacers.
The hurt finger is on his shooting hand, and with Andre Iguodala (Achilles) back he should be avoided altogether in fantasy leagues. Should Iguodala go down once again, Nocioni proved to be a serviceable replacement in his stead.

Tue Jan 11 201110:57Nocioni listed as a game-time decision
Andres Nocioni is a game-time decision for Tuesday's game against the Pacers.
Nocioni dislocated his right (shooting) middle finger in Friday's win over the Bulls, but played through it in Saturday's loss to the Pistons. We'd expect Nocioni to play again tonight, but his shot may very well be affected. He's best left on fantasy benches.

Sat Jan 8 201122:35Nocioni (finger) struggles w/ shot
Andres Nocioni played through a fractured and dislocated finger on Saturday, posting five points, six rebounds, and two assists in nearly 40 minutes.
Nocioni provided his usual toughness and leadership, but it's no surprise that he struggled offensively.
Fri Jan 7 201122:10Nocioni breaks finger, scores 11 points
Andres Nocioni had 11 points, four boards and two assists on Friday, but suffered a fractured and dislocated finger on his right hand.
This one will be tough for him to continue to play through and his performance will likely struggle. Watch for updates through the weekend.
Fri Jan 7 201119:44Nocioni suffers finger injury, stays in game
Andres Nocioni suffered a right finger dislocation/fracture in Friday's game but is playing through it.
This can't be comfortable to play through, but at least he's trying. And they need him with Andre Iguodala out with his achilles injury.

Tue Jan 4 201101:13Nocioni scores 13 points in start for Iggy
Andres Nocioni started for injured Andre Iguodala (Achilles) again on Monday, scoring 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting (including two threes) with seven rebounds and three assists in 28 minutes.
With Iguodala not expected to do any on-court activity until January 10, Nocioni has proven to be a nice fill-in for the duration. He has stepped up to provide value to owners in a pinch, and tonight's result is a pretty good representation of what he should do.
Sat Jan 1 201101:07Nocioni plays well again in place of Iguodala
Andres Nocioni started again in place of Andre Iguodala (achilles) and had 13 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers in a tough loss to the Lakers.
If you somehow ended up using Noce this week he was nice, but will take a massive fantasy hit when Iguodala returns from his injury, which could be any day now.
Thu Dec 30 201001:06Nocioni makes most of start for Iguodala
Andres Nocioni made another start for Andre Iguodala on Wednesday and was much better this time, hitting 7-of-10 shots and a 3-pointer on his way to 22 points and 12 rebounds.
Iguodala shouldn't be out too much longer, but on nights when we know he's out, Noce looks like a decent add-and-play.
Sat Dec 4 201012:55Nocioni gets DNP-CD on Friday
76ers forward Andres Nocioni picked up a DNP-CD on Friday, despite Evan Turner moving to the bench.
Jodie Meeks started at SG and it appears he will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Nocioni had a sore foot, which may have influenced Doug Collins' decision, but either way he should be unowned in fantasy leagues.
Tue Nov 23 201023:54Nocioni benched, plays through foot injury
Andres Nocioni moved back to the bench on Tuesday and played through a foot injury, as well, scoring 11 points on 4-of-8 shooting (3-of-3 from downtown) with one rebound, one assist, and two steals in 28 minutes.
The minutes look nice but he had to have an awful nice shooting night to get that many points, and didn't do much else besides score. As expected, Andre Iguodala's return sapped most of his value, and he belongs on waivers in most formats.
Mon Nov 22 201014:48Nocioni day-to-day with foot injury
Andres Nocioni is listed as day-to-day with a left foot contusion.
He suffered the injury in practice and it was serious enough that he needed X-rays, which were negative. Think about benching him if you have other options.

Tue Nov 16 201023:20Noce starts at small forward on Tuesday
Andres Nocioni started for injured Andre Iguodala (Achilles) on Tuesday, but still managed just 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting (including two threes) with four rebounds, one assists, one steal, and one block in 32 minutes.
It's not the worst effort, but things won't get better when Iggy gets back. Unless you're in a deeper league, he shouldn't be hitting your radar.
Tue Nov 16 201013:36Nocioni back in starting five
Andres Nocioni will start at small forward Tuesday night with Andre Iguodala (Achilles) out.
We wouldn't get too excited about Nocioni. In six starts this season, he is averaging just 8.3 points and 3.3 rebounds. He'll probably play less minutes than Thaddeus Young and Lou Williams.

Thu Nov 11 201018:27Nocioni fined $25,000 for throwing mouthpiece
Andres Nocioni has been fined $25,000 for throwing his mouthpiece into the stands Wednesday night.
Seems appropriate. We're all for players sharing tossing keepsakes such as sweatbands into the stands, but a slobbery mouthpiece is a whole different category. Meanwhile, as indicated in a previous report, Doug Collins is attempting to limit Nocioni to 20 minutes per game, which will restrict his value to deeper leagues only going forward.
