Mon Nov 29 201021:43Armstrong, Howard ejected from Mon's game
Hilton Armstrong and Juwan Howard were both ejected from Monday's game, with the former getting assessed a flagrant-2 foul for pushing Joel Anthony while in mid-air and the latter for retaliating and pushing Armstrong to the ground.
Neither were doing much with just four points and four boards between them, and we doubt if this fairly tame incident 'lights a fire' in the Heat. Armstrong will get an automatic one-game suspension, while JaVale McGee has looked good despite his severe back bruise.
Fri Oct 15 201001:36Flip praises Armstrong after game vs. MIL
Coach Flip Saunders praised Hilton Armstrong after Thursday's game, following Armstrong's one-point, four-rebound performance over 12 minutes that included a steal and a block.
"Hilton played really well. I thought he was the only big we had that really was solid tonight. Solid defensively, set good screens," said Saunders. Translation: 'Andray Blatche and JaVale McGee just aren't getting it, so I'm going to praise the other guy.' Hilton isn't going to take their jobs or be worth any fantasy attention, but he's clearly being used to motivate the others.

He'll serve a backup role, as it's been proven that he is not a starting NBA center. Or, at least he wasn't capable of starting for the Hornets.
Mon Jul 12 201022:36Wizards agree to terms with Hilton Armstrong
The Wizards have agreed to a one-year deal with F/C Hilton Armstrong on Monday.
This is a bench-bolstering move by the Wizards, and barring a string of injuries he won't be a fantasy factor in our nation's capitol this year.
