Beasley had nine points (4-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two steals, and three rebounds in 25 minutes before fouling out Saturday against Atlanta.
In his second NBA game this season, Beasley got a good chunk of minutes. It's too early to tell whether Beasley will see 20+ minutes on a regular basis, but the fact that he's on a 10-day contract means that he could see a good bit of run before Miami decides to sign him to another deal or not.

Beasley made his 2014-15 Heat debut against the Pelicans on Friday during a 10-minute outing off the bench. He finished with seven points, two rebounds, and one assist.
Beasley had been playing in China this season but joined his former team on a 10-day contract recently. He certainly has a chance to remain in Miami for the rest of the season, although if he does, the 26-year-old is only expected to play a minor role off the bench.
Fri Feb 27 201518:55Beasley will play Friday against Pelicans
Beasley will play Friday against the Pelicans, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.
Beasley signed a 10-day contract with the Heat on Thursday, and it appears he's ready to join the lineup Friday. He came back to the United States after playing in China, and will move right back into consideration for playing time with the Heat. It's unclear how much he will contribute Friday, but it helps that he played a stint under coach Erik Spoelstra earlier in his career.
Thu Feb 26 201513:00Beasley signed 10-day contract with Heat on Thursday
Beasley signed a 10-day contract with the Heat on Thursday, Joe Goodman of the Miami Herald reports.
Beasley, whose season in China recently ended, will rejoin the Heat after playing 55 games for the franchise last season. It's tough to discern whether Beasley will step into a consistent role right away, but he's already familiar with Miami's system, and the team is especially thin in the frontcourt after learning Chris Bosh (blood clot) will miss the remainder of the season.
Thu Oct 9 201414:31Beasley will leave Grizzlies to sign deal in China
Beasley will leave the Grizzlies to sign a deal in China, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.
Beasley, who spent last season with the Heat, had little chance of making an impact with the Grizzlies this season, and signing overseas certainly presents more financial security. The No. 2 overall pick in the 2008 draft has been one of the more high profile busts in recent memory, but perhaps spending time overseas will allow the mercurial forward to reinvent himself. He's still young and full of potential, so there's a decent chance he returns to the NBA down the road.
Tue Sep 23 201420:01Michael Beasley: Going To Grizzlies' Training Camp On Non-Guaranteed Deal
Beasley will join the Grizzlies in training camp on a non-guaranteed contract, Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
He worked out with the Grizzlies this week and saw an opportunity to make the roster as a backup power forward, as other viable chances to break camp with a team were hard to come by for Beasley. After playing in 55 regular season games for the Heat in 2014, he was left out of the team's playoff rotation -- a sign of just how far the former No. 2 overall pick in 2008 has slipped in his NBA career. He is always a threat to score while on the floor, but often fails to play within team concepts at both ends of the court. Jon Leuer will be his main competition at the four during camp, but even if he makes the team, he would likely need an injury to Zach Randolph in order to start seeing fantasy-relevant minutes.
Wed Jul 30 201415:08Lakers working out UFA Michael Beasley
The Lakers worked out unrestricted free agent Michael Beasley on Wednesday.
Beasley's agent said some teams have interest in his client, so he wasn't bluffing. The Lakers would be a good spot for Beasley due to their lack of depth at small forward, but he certainly wouldn't be a lock to make the rotation. Additionally, the Lakers would have a handful of characters on their team should they sign Beasley.

Sun Jul 27 201408:42Report: Teams reaching out to Michael Beasley
Several teams have reportedly shown interest in unrestricted free agent Michael Beasley.
There's probably a few teams out there willing to give Beasley a minimum deal, however, it's unlikely he'll be able to maintain any fantasy relevance wherever he lands.

Fri Jul 25 201412:44Teams expressing interest in Beasley
Teams are expressing interest in Michael Beasley, according to his agent, Jared Karnes.
This is sports agent 101 and Karnes said "there has been quite a bit of activity in the past four days." Beasley wasn't a head case in Miami, which is probably the biggest positive out of last season. He'll only be a reserve and should get a deal soon.

Sun Jun 22 201411:41LeBron James was 'not pleased' with Beasley
LeBron James was reportedly "not pleased" with Michael Beasley's mental focus during the 2013-14 season.
Beasley appeared in 55 regular season games for Miami, but played just six total minutes during their postseason run (excluding the 17 minutes racked up once Game 5 was out of reach). Beasley's biggest accolades throughout his career so far have been getting drafted No. 2 overall in the 2008 draft, and a 42 point performance back in 2010 with Minnesota. Other than that, he's been traded away, waived, and he's now highly unlikely to return to Miami for the 2014-15 season. Beasley may sign a short-term deal this offseason, but there's just too much risk here for him to be considered a viable fantasy option.

Sun Jun 15 201414:05Michael Beasley would like to return to Miami
When Michael Beasley was asked if he'd like to return with Miami next season, Beasley responded: "Of course, why wouldn't I want to be back?"
Beasley has yet to suit up for a Finals game this year, but that doesn't really seem to bother him. "A chance to win a ring is definitely satisfying," he said. "It's fun for a while trying to do it yourself, but losing basketball, it gets old. I definitely would opt for the extended season." Beasley is set to hit free agency this offseason as an unrestricted free agent.

Sat Jun 14 201410:04Michael Beasley says he's learned this year
Michael Beasley said the 2013-14 season in the background changed him for the better.
"Definitely a great move for my career, more on the mental side of things," Beasley said. "I've learned a lot: How to do things the right way, how to have fun the right way, not to sweat the small stuff." Coach Erik Spoelstra said he's seen him "grow immensely" and become a better pro. Obviously, Beasley's track record won't give him the benefit of the doubt for the future, but at least he's on the right track.

Tue May 6 201418:08Michael Beasley back on Heat's active roster
Michael Beasley (ankle) will return to Miami's active roster for Tuesday's Game 1 vs. the Nets.
Whether Beasley actually plays is another question entirely, though he may be able to steal a few minutes from fellow bench players James Jones and Rashard Lewis. Beasley has appeared in six games over the past month, so at the very least he may be limited by a lack of conditioning.

Sun Apr 20 201414:06Michael Beasley (ankle) will be inactive Sun.
Michael Beasley (ankle) will be inactive for Sunday's opening game vs. the Bobcats.
Miami will not need him to get past the Bobcats, so this isn't too much of a blow to the Heat. The injury doesn't seem to be very major, so Beasley could possibly be back for Game 2, but he could very well pick up a DNP-CD in that one as well.

Fri Apr 18 201413:52Michael Beasley says ankle is fine
Michael Beasley (ankle) said he is fine.
Beasley rolled his ankle during Wednesday's regular-season finale against the Sixers. He'll be available for Game 1 against the Bobcats Sunday, but probably will end up as a DNP-CD.

Wed Apr 16 201421:59Michael Beasley (ankle) out for game
Michael Beasley sprained his right ankle and will not return to Wednesday's game vs. the Sixers.
It's too bad because he was getting some run tonight, finishing with eight points, one board, two blocks and one turnover. Beasley's minutes figure to drop back down in the playoffs, but the team got a heck of a lot more than they bargained for from him this season.

Mon Apr 14 201421:33Michael Beasley scores 18 points off bench
Michael Beasley scored 18 points in Monday's blowout 114-93 loss to the Wizards, adding five boards, three assists, one steal, one block and two turnovers in 27 minutes.
The Heat sat Chris Bosh and LeBron James tonight to allow Beasley to put up a nice line in his home town. He'll likely be looking at another chance on Wednesday vs. the Sixers with the Heat locked into the two spot in the Eastern Conference. Considering how he likes to dominate the ball, Beasley could be looking at a big night should Miami sit their guys out again.

Mon Apr 14 201412:25Michael Beasley likely to start at SF on Mon.
Michael Beasley is likely to start at SF on Monday, with LeBron James (rest) doubtful to play.
Beasley has played exactly one minute in Miami's past five games, but there's a good chance he'll get aired out vs. the Wizards. In two previous starts this season, Beasley averaged 12.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 27 minutes per contest.

Thu Mar 27 201400:28Michael Beasley gets a DNP Wednesday
Michael Beasley didn't get off the bench on Wednesday, receiving a DNP-CD.
He's had a couple decent lines recently but is only worth a look on nights when LeBron James isn't playing.

Sat Mar 22 201422:51Michael Beasley scores 16 points off bench
Michael Beasley scored 16 points off the bench against the Pelicans on Saturday with three boards and one turnover.
Beasley came out hot in the second quarter which was the main reason why he was able to do so much damage in 18 minutes. Obviously Dwyane Wade (rest) not playing was a factor here, so fantasy owners can just keep this in mind the next time Wade sits.
