Wed Nov 3 201023:59Nazr Mohammed plays well in limited run
Nazr Mohammed had 12 points, six rebounds, a steal and a block in just 14 minutes of Wednesday's win over the Nets.
That's not enough minutes to make him reliable, but just keep an eye on him.
Fri Oct 22 201021:54Mohammed plays well in win over Hawks
Nazr Mohammed had nine points, four rebounds and three blocks in Friday's easy win over the Hawks.
He has played pretty well in the preseason and deserves a look in deeper leagues if you need a center at the end of your draft. Stephen Jackson led the Bobcats with 21 points, while Tyrus Thomas added 12 points, four boards, two steals and a block in the win.
Tue Oct 19 201016:53Nazr Mohammed hopes to re-sign w/ Bobcats
Veteran center Nazr Mohammed hopes to re-sign with the Bobcats next season -- if not, he might retire.
"I definitely want to come back to Charlotte...maybe sign a two-year deal," said the 33-year-old center. "I don't know about playing somewhere else.'' Mohammed has the Bobcats' starting center job to himself -- he's not a great fantasy option, but did say "I feel better physically than I have for a couple years."

Mon Oct 18 201023:57Mohammed scores 14 points vs. Heat
Nazr Mohammed scored 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting with four rebounds, no assists, one steal, and three blocks in 20 minutes of Monday's preseason game against the Heat.
This may be a better representation of the Heat's middling interior defense than anything, but for those desperate souls looking for a center it is a gross improvement over his zero-point, 10 minute outing on Saturday. He's the starter in Charlotte, but you can easily do better than him.
Sat Oct 16 201022:27Nazr not doing much in preseason so far
Nazr Mohammed started Saturday's preseason game against the Pistons, but played just 10 minutes without scoring on 0-for-4 shooting.
His backup, DeSagana Diop, played 28 minutes and had six points with four rebounds, two assists, and six blocks, and choosing between the two of these guys if you're desperate for a center may be the ugliest decision in all of fantasy basketball.
Mon Sep 27 201021:05Nazr Mohammed starter for Bobcats
With Kwame Brown injured, Tyson Chandler in Dallas, and Erick Dampier cut, Nazr Mohammed is now the starting center for the Bobcats.
Larry Brown isn't exactly thrilled by this development, and Mohammed says he's not a shot blocker. "I think I'm a good defender. I'm not a shot blocker and never will be." Not exactly what potential fantasy owners want to hear, but if you need a center at the end of your draft, Mohammed is probably worth a look.

Mohammed is behind Tyson Chandler now on the depth chart and should be ignored.
