Sat Oct 13 201214:52No timetable for Luc Mbah a Moute (knee)
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute (knee) has no timetable for his return to action, and he's doubtful to play in the Bucks' season opener.
Mbah a Moute is loosely targeting a return in November, and we should know more after he visits with doctors in the coming weeks. He said he needs to rebuild the muscles around his surgically-repaired knee, adding, "My right quad definitely has a ways to go to catch up to the left." As noted by Gery Woelfel, without Mbah a Moute the Bucks may field one of the league's worst defensive starting lineups -- Brandon Jennings, Monta Ellis, Tobias Harris and Ersan Ilyasova, with Samuel Dalembert cleaning up whatever he can.

Mon Oct 1 201217:39Mbah a Moute (knee) targeting Nov. return
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute (knee) is now targeting a return in November.
He had been hoping to play in the season opener, but he's coming off right patella tendon surgery and will take as much time as he needs to avoid aggravating the knee. His absence clears a few more minutes for SFs Tobias Harris and Mike Dunleavy.

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute has said he is progressing well from offseason knee surgery and that he plans on being ready for the start of the season.

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute started for injured Ersan Ilyasova (back) in Thurday's loss to the Pacers, scoring 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting (including a three) with 11 rebounds and a steal in 33 minutes.
Mbah a Moute played great tonight and nearly helped key a comeback late, but he is a bit of a mess in fantasy leagues due to his inconsistency and low overall production. Give him a look if the main cogs in Milwaukee get shut down as their playoff chances evaporate.

Fri Apr 6 201219:36Mbah a Moute (knee) out on Friday
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute (knee) will not play on Friday against the Bobcats, and Shaun Livingston will start in his place.
Mbah a Moute has been dealing with this knee injury all season and a game off against the Bobcats makes total sense. Livingston isn't a big producer when given the minutes, but if you're in a deeper league he's worth some consideration as a spot-starter. The real winners of the Bucks' absences tonight are Mike Dunleavy and Ekpe Udoh.

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute started for Carlos Delfino (groin) on Friday, scoring eight points on 4-of-4 shooting with three rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 23 minutes.
Any way you slice it Mbah a Moute is going to be a risky play, but with Delfino looking doubtful for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies he'll be worth a look as a spot-play.

Tue Mar 27 201223:12Mbah a Moute plays well in start for Bucks
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute started for ailing Carlos Delfino (groin) and hit 6-of-7 shots for 12 points, five rebounds and two steals in a win over the Hawks.
He could continue to start, as Delfino's injury could keep him out for several games. But his offense leaves plenty to be desired, making Mbah a Moute a pretty risky fantasy starter going forward. Especially once Ersan Ilyasova is back from his back spasms.

Mbah a Moute was the beneficiary of a lot of easy looks as the Bobcats rolled over for the Bucks on Friday. Though this is the second game with this type of production in the last week, we don't think this is an indicator of future results.

Wed Mar 21 201201:09Mbah a Moute back to irrelevancy
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, who had 22 points and 17 rebounds on Friday, played just 10 minutes on Tuesday for six points and three rebounds.

Sat Mar 17 201203:14Mbah a Moute has career night in start
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute drew a start in place of a red-hot Ersan Ilyasova (flu) on Friday and blew up for a career-high 22 points to go along with a season-high 17 rebounds in an easy win at Golden State.
He also had three steals and a block in 33 minutes, but he should return to mediocrity once Ilyasova is back. Having said that, Scott Skiles won't forget Mbah a Moute's effort tonight, which could hurt Ilyasova's minutes going forward.
