This is important because Hedo Turkoglu suffered a broken left hand and could miss at least a few weeks, and Harkless is the guy the coaching staff has been raving about this offseason. The only other small forward on the roster, it makes sense that he is eased into some sort of significant role, and if owners want to make a speculative add it wouldn't be the worst idea. |

Harkless was cleared for full contact earlier in the week, and it's a great sign for his improving health that he's already considered questionable for Friday's contest. The Magic have no reason to hold Harkless back, but he'll likely be worked in slowly when he first returns. Owners should monitor his progression very carefully. |
