Fri Jan 4 2013 | 00:57 | Pablo Prigioni hands out nine dimes Thursday |
Pablo Prigioni tied a season-high nine assists to go with six points, three steals and one block in 27 minutes. |
The game was a blowout, but only two of his dimes came in the fourth quarter. The Knicks are going to lean on Prigioni as Jason Kidd's backup while Raymond Felton (hand) it out. Amare Stoudemire coming off the bench may also help Prigioni get more assist opportunities. Although, he's only an option for PG-needy teams in deeper leagues. |

Sat Dec 29 2012 | 04:24 | Prigioni hands out nine assists vs. SAC |
Pablo Prigioni handed out nine assists against the Kings on Friday. |
That's the good news. The bad news is that he didn't score on his two field goal attempts, grabbed two rebounds, and had one steal while playing questionable defense. If you're trolling for assists, give him a look while Raymond Felton is out. |

Fri Dec 28 2012 | 14:40 | Knicks to give Pablo Prigioni more minutes |
Mike Woodson says he plans to play Pablo Prigioni up to 20-25 minutes per game with Raymond Felton (broken pinkie finger) sidelined. |
That would be an increase of roughly 10 minutes per game for Prigioni, although Jason Kidd will remain the Knicks' main option at PG. We said a couple weeks ago that Prigioni would need an injury ahead of him to have value for owners and this could be the opportunity he needs. Keep an eye on him from the waiver wire. |

The Knicks fell behind and Prigioni got his numbers in garbage time, and he'll need an injury in front of him before he'll have any real value. |

Fri Nov 30 2012 | 08:30 | Prigioni expected to see more minutes Friday |
Pablo Prigioni is expected to see more minutes on Friday with Jason Kidd (back) not expected to play. |
Prigioni had 11 points (two treys), three boards, seven assists and a steal in 28 minutes in his last game, and owners in daily leagues in dire need of a PG can certainly give the 35-year-old rookie a long look. |

Thu Nov 29 2012 | 01:22 | Pablo Prigioni fills in nicely for Jason Kidd |
Pablo Prigioni broke out on Wednesday, hitting 4-of-5 shots and two 3-pointers to tie a season high with 11 points to go along with three rebounds, seven assists and a steal in a win over the Bucks. |
Prigioni got extra run with Jason Kidd out with a back injury, and could hold a little value with Kidd's prognosis for a quick return not sounding great. He's only worth a look in very deep leagues, but might be able to help an owner in a 20-team league if Kidd is going to miss several games. |
