Fri Apr 19 201310:43Prigioni expected to miss Game 1 vs. Celtics
Pablo Prigioni (ankle) is not expected to play in Game 1 vs. the Celtics.
Prigioni was on crutches during Thursday's practice and it would be a shock to see him for Game 1 at this point. Chris Copeland is expected to take Prigioni's spot in the starting five. "Chris has shown that he can start and come off the bench," Woodson said. Jason Kidd is not a candidate to start as Mike Woodson made it clear he needs Kidd off the bench.

Thu Apr 18 201310:00Report: Pablo Prigioni left arena on crutches
Pablo Prigioni (sprained right ankle) left the arena after Wednesday's game on crutches, a source told the New York Post.
It's not uncommon for a player to use crutches following even a minor ankle sprain, so we're not getting concerned yet. However, Prigioni limped to the locker room and it's unclear what kind of timetable he might be facing to return. If he isn't ready for the postseason, the Knicks will have to figure out a new starting lineup for Game 1 vs. Boston.

Wed Apr 17 201320:40Pablo Prigioni sprains ankle vs. Hawks
Pablo Prigioni suffered a sprained right ankle in the first quarter of Wednesday's game and went to the locker room.
He limped back to the locker room under his own power. Prigioni is expected to remain as a starter in the playoffs, so this could impact their rotation against Boston. The Knicks are running Iman Shumpert at the point tonight and they'll likely go with newly acquired Quentin Richardson a little more tonight.

Mon Apr 15 201321:25Pablo Prigioni almost double-doubles
Pablo Prigioni shot 3-of-9 from the field for nine points with eight assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 42 minutes against the Bobcats on Monday.
He just turned the ball over once and this was a solid game for the rookie. Raymond Felton rested tonight and it's unclear how Mike Woodson will approach Wednesday's finale. There are 15 games on Wednesday, so only deep league owners that are dying for assists should think about spot-starting him.

Mon Apr 15 201317:47Knicks starting rag-tag unit on Monday
Pablo Prigioni, Iman Shumpert, Chris Copeland, James White and Steve Novak will start for the Knicks on Monday.
Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith will join Marcus Camby, Amare Stoudemire and Kenyon Martin on the bench in street clothes. Raymond Felton is active, but coach Mike Woodson is hoping he doesn't have to use him. Rasheed Wallace is expected to play around 12 minutes off the bench tonight.

Sun Apr 14 201319:01Pablo Prigioni plays 24 minutes Sunday
Pablo Prigioni played 24 minutes vs. the Pacers on Sunday with just three points, three boards, two assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.
Now that Mike Woodson has come out and said that they'll be resting their core players, Prigioni could have plenty of extra ball-handling responsibilities. The Knicks play Charlotte on Monday and Prigioni could have his most productive game of his career.

Thu Apr 11 201323:10Pablo Prigioni plays 23 minutes again
Pablo Prigioni played 23 minutes for the second game in a row on Thursday, scoring seven points with two boards, two assists and one 3-pointer.
Mike Woodson was getting creative with his lineups and he had to with their lack of depth. In fact, the Knicks had a lineup of Prigioni, Jason Kidd, Raymond Felton, J.R. Smith and Carmelo Anthony in the third quarter. Prigioni doesn't really have value in almost any league, but we'll bring him to your attention just in case the Knicks rest Jason Kidd and Raymond Felton in a game the rest of the way.

Sat Mar 30 201300:05Pablo Prigioni doesn't score on Friday
Pablo Prigioni didn't score in his 11 minutes of action against the Bobcats.
He only had one assist and took just one shot. Prigioni has a hand injury and is arguably the least valuable starter in the fantasy world right now.

Fri Mar 29 201318:54Pablo Prigioni starting vs. Bobcats on Friday
Pablo Prigioni (hand) will be in the starting lineup Friday night.
Prigioni was spotted flexing his wrist and testing out his hand during Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies. It's not really a surprise that he's out there but the injury could affect Prigioni's shooting and the velocity on his passes. Given his limited role, though, Prigioni isn't worth owning in most formats.

Thu Mar 28 201311:14Pablo Prigioni dealing with left hand injury
Pablo Prigioni "seemed to hurt his left hand/wrist" in Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies.
Prigioni was opening and closing his hand and flexing his wrist on the bench, and he played just 18.5 minutes after going for at least 27.5 in his last two prior to that. We're going to mark him sidelined as a precaution just in case he has any issues with it before Friday's game against the Bobcats.

Fri Mar 22 201319:15Pablo Prigioni and Felton starting Friday
Pablo Prigioni is starting at point guard for the third game in a row against the Raptors on Friday.
The Knicks have been shorthanded and they have opted to move Prigioni into the starting lineup with Tyson Chandler still out with a neck injury. He played just 20 minutes in each of his last two games, so there's really no need to pick him up in the vast majority of formats.

Tue Mar 5 201308:21Prigioni could return to the Spanish league
Pablo Prigioni said that he might return to the Spanish League next season.
Prigioni's rookie season has been up-and-down, but he's on the outside looking in of the Knicks' point guard rotation and hasn't been a big contributor all season. "I need to go to the summer, take it by day-by-day and think about it. But I [will] listen to the Knicks." Prigioni will not retire, and it sounds like he's not anticipating a return to New York.

Mon Mar 4 201322:23Pablo Prigioni hits a 3 in return Monday
Pablo Prigioni returned from his back injury against the Cavs on Monday and had three points, two boards, one assist and one 3-pointer in eight minutes.
The 34-year-old guard has been a pleasant surprise this year for the Knicks, but he won't have much value while Jason Kidd and Raymond Felton are healthy.

Wed Feb 27 201319:42Pablo Prigioni active Wednesday vs. Warrirors
Pablo Prigioni (back spasms) will try to play Wednesday against the Warriors.
Prigioni was considered a game-time decision. His being active means Jason Kidd will remain in the starting lineup, but whether Kidd contributes anything meaningful is another question entirely. Neither guard is worth owning in most formats.

Wed Feb 27 201310:26Pablo Prigioni a game-time call on Wednesday
Pablo Prigioni will be a game-time decision on Wednesday due to back spasms.
If Prigioni sits, Raymond Felton and Jason Kidd will be tasked with manning the point guard duties for the Knicks.

Thu Jan 24 201323:14Prigioni returns from sore toe Thursday
Pablo Prigioni returned from his sore foot on Thursday with six points, two rebounds, four assists and two 3-pointers in 16 minutes against the Celtics.
He's done a nice job filling the void left by Raymond Felton, but with Felton set to return on Saturday, the 35-year-old rookie can be put back on the waiver wire in deep leagues.

Thu Jan 24 201314:31Pablo Prigioni upgraded to probable Thursday
Pablo Prigioni (toe) is probable to play Thursday night against the Celtics.
Prigioni was upgraded despite not practicing either of the last two days. If for some reason he's unable to play tonight, expect his minutes to be split between Iman Shumpert, J.R. Smith and Ronnie Brewer.

Wed Jan 23 201311:55Pablo Prigioni now questionable Thursday
Pablo Prigioni (toe) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Celtics after not practicing again on Wednesday.
Prigioni was expected to practice on Wednesday, so the injury is lingering longer than had been believed. If the point guard is forced out, it would mean more minutes for Jason Kidd as well as possibly Iman Shumpert, J.R. Smith and Ronnie Brewer.

Tue Jan 22 201312:24Pablo Prigioni (toe) doesn't practice Tuesday
Pablo Prigioni did not practice on Tuesday due to a sore toe but he is expected to practice on Wednesday.
We're not overly concerned about the injury if Prigioni is already expected to practice on Wednesday.

Sat Jan 12 201300:53Prigioni scores 12 points, Kidd no points
Pablo Prigioni scored 12 points with eight assists, three steals, two 3-pointers and three steals in 30 minutes against the Bulls on Friday.
This game was pretty much over at halftime, so garbage helps explain Pablo's nice line. Five turnovers in the game is a little troubling, but he's been a nice signing for the Knicks this season and is worth a look in deeper leagues. Jason Kidd didn't score and his value has bottomed out. We'd try to stick with him for at least a couple more games.
