Nationals manager Davey Johnson said Friday that prospect right-hander Nathan Karns is dealing with a right leg issue.

Johnson said he is "concerned" about it, so it might not be a day-to-day injury. Karns was tagged for seven runs (one earned) on four hits -- including a grand slam -- and two walks over two-thirds of an inning Friday against the Cardinals.
