However, owners can continue to ride the hot hand as Matthews is worth owning in all formats with his season averages of 17.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 3.1 three-pointers made per game.

Matthews is now a combined 13-for-21 from three in his past two games after making seven of his 12 attempts from deep Friday in a win against the Grizzlies.

Matthews finished the game with 26 points (9-16 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 1-2 FT), just two days after he dropped 28 on the Hornets. Owners have to be pleased with how effective Matthews has been at sinking threes this season.
