Afflalo scored 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-4 3P) in 31 minutes Monday before being ejected in the fourth quarter following a Flagrant 2 foul call.
He clotheslined Alec Burks as the Jazz guard was driving to the basket, prompting a scuffle between the teams after Enes Kanter came to Burks' aid before Afflalo was eventually ejected. He'd been on a bit of a roll, averaging 18.2 PPG over his previous nine games, so hopefully if there's any subsequent discipline from the NBA it will come in the form of a fine.

Afflalo was one of the highlights fro Nuggets fans to take back from this loss, finishing with 18 points (6-11 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, and three assists in 32 minutes on Sunday.
Afflalo has been inconsistent to begin the year, with Sunday being his second productive game in a row since being benched on Wednesday. Afflalo was given more minutes in the loss and was able to translate that into solid statistical production as well. Owners may want to hold before selling on the shooting guard to see if this is a turning point for the veteran this season.

Afflalo scored 17 points (7-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 0-1 FT) and added one rebound and two assists in 24 minutes during Friday's win over the Pacers.
On Wednesday, Afflalo played only 10 minutes, getting benched after starting 1-4 from the field. The benching appeared to make an impact on Afflalo, who helped lead the Nuggets to a commanding win over the Pacers on Friday. The Nuggets were +24 while Afflalo was on the court, and he shot above 50 percent in a game for only the second time this season. Don't be fooled by the relatively small amount of court time for the starter - the Nuggets were up 18 by halftime, and only Ty Lawson played more than 26 minutes.

Afflalo scored four points (1-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), with one rebound, one assist and one steal during Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers.
It seems as though the Nuggets are going to be making changes, and Afflalo may be one of those changes. It's not a sure thing, but you're going to want to watch his minutes over the next few games to see what his value truly is. He was traded to Denver in the offseason, but hasn't had the type of impact that fans and fantasy owners were hoping for.

Afflalo is averaging 11.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists over the first four games of the season as Denver's starting shooting guard.
Afflalo was traded to Denver during the offseason but still has an offensive-minded role on his new squad. He is currently averaging 32.3 minutes per contest in the early goings but is not quite up to par with his scoring averages in past seasons. It is probably a bit too early to assume that he'll have a down year in Denver but it's certainly something worth monitoring as the season progresses.
Thu Jul 17 201413:50Arron Afflalo thinks Nuggets can contend now
Arron Afflalo thinks the Nuggets can be title contenders in 2014-15.
"I'm happy to be back in Denver, I got some very familiar teammates," Afflalo said. "I believe this is a championship team under the right mindset and coaching." Affalo begins his second stint in Denver coming off a 2013-14 season with Orlando during which he averaged career highs in points (18.2), rebounds (3.6), and assists (3.4), while adding 1.8 three-pointers per game. Afflalo will likely be underrated heading into 2014-15 fantasy drafts and will see plenty of run in Denver that should help him outproduce his draft spot.

Thu Jun 26 201411:22Denver Nuggets trade for SG Arron Afflalo.
Denver Nuggets trade for SF Arron Afflalo.
The Nuggets have traded Evan Fournier and a second round pick to the Orlando Magic in return for Afflalo, who will begin his second stint with Denver. Afflalo averaged 18.2 points, 1.8 three-pointers, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in his second season with the Magic and will continue to be a valuable source of 3-pointers for his fantasy owners in Denver. Fournier is a solid bench player, but the move seems like a bit of a head scratcher for Orlando as the main benefit of the trade comes in the form of $6 million of salary cap relief.

Wed Jun 25 201409:20Clippers 'covet' Magic SG Arron Afflalo
The Clippers have reportedly discussed trading for Magic SG Arron Afflalo, and the teams "could revisit those talks later if they morphed into a three-team discussion."
According to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne, the Clippers have "coveted the former UCLA star Afflalo for several years," though of course they also have "strong interest" in clearing enough cap space to pursue free agents LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony. Afflalo has also been linked to trade talks with the Bulls and Cavaliers, and it would be very surprising if he's not dealt before training camp.

Tue Jun 24 201419:36Magic going after Cavs' top pick w/ Afflalo?
The Magic have reportedly offered the fourth pick, the 12th pick and Arron Afflalo for the Cavs' top pick in the draft, according to ESPN.com.
Interesting. Afflalo has said he'd want to go to a contender and the Cavs would at least have a shot to make the playoffs even before they get a chance to make a splash in free agency. He'd also be a nice fit as a perimeter player for the Cavs, especially given their massive hole on the wing in the Kyrie Irving era. This offer is in the same ballpark as the Jazz reportedly offering Derrick Favors and No. 5 or the Sixers offering Thaddeus Young and No. 3.

Sat Jun 21 201410:36Report: Bulls going after Arron Afflalo
The Bulls are pursuing a trade to acquire Arron Afflalo, according to Yahoo! Sports.
It's no secret that Afflalo is available in a trade. He has also been rumored to be traded for the 11th pick of the Nuggets, so the Bulls are not only ones going after him. If the Bulls do add him, it would likely hurt their chances of bringing in Carmelo Anthony.

Thu Jun 19 201400:24Afflalo in proposed deal for Kevin Love

It would be a three-way deal with the Nuggets and would likely be for the 11th pick in the 2014 draft. Afflalo has said he wants to be traded to a contender and the Magic seem like they're willing to listen to his request. Chances are there will be more offers for the Magic.

Sat Jun 7 201415:11Arron Afflalo wouldn't mind being traded
Arron Afflalo wouldn't mind being move to a playoff team, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
He reportedly added he would like to do so because he doesn't have many years left in his prime. The Magic are nowhere near contending for a title and are expected to take another backcourt player with the fourth pick in the draft. The 28-year-old swingman led the team in scoring in 18.2 points per game, but a move to a different team would undoubtedly hurt his fantasy value.

Wed Apr 9 201422:22Arron Afflalo finally returns to form
Arron Afflalo was aggressive on Wednesday and hit 9-of-16 shots and two 3-pointers for 25 points, four rebounds and five assists in Tuesday's win.
He had gone eight games without scoring 20 or more points and just hasn't looked aggressive since the All-Star break. He looked like a different player tonight, but we'll have to see him do this again before declaring him fully back to form. And we're running out of time.

Sun Mar 30 201420:37Arron Afflalo held to eight points on Sunday
Arron Afflalo scored eight points on 3-of-9 shooting in Sunday's loss to Toronto.
The veteran SG is scoring 16.0 points per game in March, but he's doing it on 41.1 percent shooting. He's typically a reliable contributor in points, 3-pointers and even percentages, but his fantasy value is severely damaged by a lack of steals (0.5 per game) and blocks (two all season).

Thu Mar 20 201401:58Arron Afflalo scores 20 points vs. Suns
Arron Afflalo scored 20 points vs. the Suns on Wednesday during a 109-93 loss, adding three boards, one assist and three 3-pointers in 39 minutes.
He rebounded nicely from a four-point game on Tuesday which was his lowest all season. Afflalo's treys have really tailed off this month and his overall efficiency has dropped off as well, but he should snap out of this funk soon. Looking at the schedule, things are looking up for him with games against the Jazz on Saturday, Lakers on Sunday and Blazers on Tuesday.

Wed Mar 19 201402:25Arron Afflalo disappears in loss to Warriors
Arron Afflalo hit just 2-of-7 shots and zero 3-pointers for four points in Tuesday's loss.
He played just 22 minutes and isn't hurt, as far as we know. He had scored in double figures in nine straight games coming in, and also hit seven 3-pointers over his previous four. Tonight's line is a bit of a mystery, but we expect him to bounce back on Wednesday against the Suns.

Arron Afflalo scored a team-high 24 points against his former team during a 120-112 loss on Wednesday, adding one board, two assists and two 3-pointesr in 35 minutes.
It didn't take long for Afflalo to get back in a groove in scoring the ball after returning from an ankle injury on Mar. 5. In those four, he averaged 17.8 points, 3.5 boards, 0.5 steals and 1.3 triples in 33.8 minutes per game. Double A hasn't quite been as great as he was earlier this year, but he's still a must-start player.

He played 31 minutes and looked healthy, and this may be his last game for awhile without a 3-pointer. Get him back in your lineup.

Wed Mar 5 201411:11Arron Afflalo (ankle) will return Wednesday
Arron Afflalo (ankle) will return to action vs. Houston on Wednesday.
Magic coach Jacque Vaughn didn't want Afflalo to play until he was "confident and 100 percent [healthy]," so there should be no restrictions on Afflalo as he squares off against James Harden and the Rockets. Afflalo was averaging 25.3 points and 3.0 triples in the three games prior to his injury, so hopefully he'll pick up where he left off.

Mon Mar 3 201409:40Arron Afflalo (ankle) expected to play Wed.
Arron Afflalo (ankle) is expected to return on Wednesday, according to coach Jacque Vaughn.
"It gives us two days in between games and we'll take advantage of that, making sure he's confident and 100 percent when he comes back," said Vaughn. Moe Harkless is the most likely option to shift to the bench when Afflalo returns, but Victor Oladipo's owners should also be on the lookout for any lineup tweaks since he's averaging fewer points, rebounds, assists and steals in a reserve role.
