Sat Nov 9 201307:58Plumlee goes for 18 and 11 in win vs. DEN
Miles Plumlee continued to rebound from a brief slide last week, scoring 18 points on 7-of-13 shooting with 11 rebounds and two blocks in 31 minutes on Friday against the Nuggets.
Plumlee hit just 4-of-8 freebies but that's of minor concern as he's showing the ability to bounce back, a key component of holding fantasy owners' trust if you're a young unknown like he is. Since Plumlee holds a clear edge over Alex Len for the near future and he is relatively proven at this point, he should be owned in all standard formats in the Suns' casino system.

Thu Nov 7 201301:55Miles Plumlee bounces back on Wednesday
Miles Plumlee bounced back on Wednesday with 15 points, six rebounds, a steal and two blocks on 7-of-12 shooting in a tough loss to the Spurs.
He got off to a hot start, cooled off in his last two, and looked good again on Wednesday. He's worth holding onto going forward, but owners should expect plenty of inconsistency along the way.

Wed Nov 6 201300:05Miles Plumlee plays 29 minutes vs. NO
Miles Plumlee shot 4-of-10 from the field for 10 points with five boards and one steal in 29 minutes against the Pelicans on Tuesday.
It wasn't a great rebound from his goose egg on Sunday, but it was a rebound nonetheless. Plumlee is really the only legitimate big man on the roster and the Suns have to play him to protect the paint. If he can stay out of foul trouble on Wednesday, he's likely to have a nice game against the Spurs.

Sun Nov 3 201322:10Miles Plumlee scoreless in 24 minutes vs. OKC
Miles Plumlee went scoreless with five rebounds and one block in 24 minutes vs. the Thunder.
A few quick fouls sent him to the bench early in the game, after which he took a backseat to guys like Eric Bledsoe and Channing Frye, and he never quite regained his rhythm. There isn't much competition for minutes at center and the Suns are drooling over Plumlee's potential, so he should bounce back during a back-to-back set on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Sat Nov 2 201303:02Plumlee double-doubles again for Phoenix
Miles Plumlee double-doubled once again for the Suns on Friday, scoring 13 points on 6-of-11 shooting with 13 rebounds and three blocks in 35 minutes.
Sometimes things just work and that definitely appears to be the case with Plumlee in Phoenix. Alex Len played 13 minutes with three points, one rebound, one steal and one block, but Plumless is the player to own right now and he should be owned in all formats.

Thu Oct 31 201301:43Miles Plumlee solidifies his must-add status
Miles Plumlee was spectacular in the first start of his NBA career on Wednesday with 18 points, 15 boards and three blocks in 40 minutes against the Blazers.
He had a double-double at halftime and made Robin Lopez of the Blazers look like Robin Lopez of the Suns tonight. Plumlee can get off the floor quickly and his teammates were getting him the ball in the post and throwing him alley-oops, allowing him to make a total of eight shots on his 14 attempts. The Suns are really thin up front with Alex Len not healthy, so Miles Plumlee is worth owning in every fantasy league.

Sat Oct 26 201316:39Suns extend Plumlee and Morris brothers
Suns exercised 2014-15 contract options on Miles Plumlee, Markieff Morris and Marcus Morris.
Plumlee, for now, is the new starting center for the setting Suns and Markieff is the starting power forward. The Suns are setting themselves up nicely for the future and have piled up several first-round picks for next year's draft - which is going to be one of the best in recent memory.

Sat Oct 26 201314:31Miles Plumlee expected to start at center
Miles Plumlee could start at center for the Suns to begin the season.
"Miles Plumlee's progress is a big reason we did this trade," GM Ryan McDonough said. "Miles was a big part of the deal we did with Indiana." Alex Len isn't ready for minutes quite yet and Plumlee will get a chance to impact the team during the regular season. He's quickly moved into the standard-league conversation.

Fri Oct 25 201318:10Miles Plumlee on the radar in deep leagues
Miles Plumlee is expected to pick up more minutes with the Suns following Friday's trade of Marcin Gortat.
GM Ryan McDonough may have said "I love it when a plan comes together" after his move today. He picked up Plumlee in a deal for Luis Scola in July after Plumlee turned some heads at Orlando Summer League. Plumlee is going to be a bigger part of the rotation and could even start the opener with Markieff Morris suspended for the first game. He's worth a look in deep leagues.

Tue Aug 27 201311:19Miles Plumlee pleased w/ Suns up-tempo plans
Miles Plumlee expects to fit well in coach Jeff Hornacek's preferred up-tempo system.
"Running up and down the court, setting pick-and-rolls, playing an up-tempo game is going to be really good for us," said Plumlee. He barely played in 14 appearances with the Pacers last seaon and projects as a third-string big man in Phoenix.

Sat Jul 27 201314:51Miles Plumlee headed to Phoenix in trade
Miles Plumlee was traded to the Suns in Saturday's trade involving Luis Scola.
He was one of the better players at Orlando Summer League with his averages of 10.0 points, 9.5 boards and 3.0 blocks. Plumlee didn't get much of a chance in his rookie season, scoring just 0.9 points per game in 14 outings. He's unlikely to make a big leap with his new team.

Thu Jul 11 201312:48Miles Plumlee sprains ankle on Thursday
Miles Plumlee sprained his ankle on Thursday during summer league and did not return.
He finished with six points, seven boards and two steals in 20 minutes. Plumlee's probably done in Orlando for summer-league action and could be seeing more minutes with the Pacers losing Jeff Pendergraph and Tyler Hansbrough in free agency. We'll let you know if there is anything wrong his ankle.

Sun Jul 7 201318:01Miles Plumlee swats six shots on Sunday
Miles Plumlee tied an Orlando Summer League record with his six blocks on Sunday against the Thunder, adding nine points, nine boards, two steals and no turnovers in 29 minutes.
It's the biggest line of the summer so far and Plumlee was very aggressive in protecting the rim. Surprisingly, he only had one foul in this game. The Pacers lost Jeff Pendergraph and Plumlee might be in line for more minutes in his upcoming sophomore season.

Sun Jul 7 201309:13Miles Plumlee sticks to basics at Summer Lg.
Miles Plumlee is expected to focus on rebounding and defense during Summer League, according to Pacers assistant coach Dan Burke.
"I don't care about his points," said Burke, who will coach the Summer League team. "I just want 10 rebounds and I want to see three blocked shots ... I want to see him get in the post with some toughness and finish strongly. And then shore up our defense once again. I want him to talk more. I want him to be a traffic cop back there." Plumlee obviously has a lot to work on after appearing in only 14 games as a rookie.
