G Jeff Teague led the Hawks with 23 points and eight assists. Teague scored 14 consecutive points to increase Atlanta's lead to 79-57 with 5:42 remaining in the third. "When Jeff (Teague) is aggressive and attacking, it can collapse the defense and create opportunities," coach Mike Budenholzer said.

Teague averaged his second-best career rebounds, assists, and points total this season, becoming an All-Star for the first time. He had a fairly efficient year, shooting 46 percent from the field, 34 percent from three, and 86 percent from the free-throw line. Next season, Teague will be a starter for the Hawks barring injury, and should play similar minutes with similar production. Teague is a top tier fantasy player in any league.

Teague scored a playoff-high 30 points (9-23 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 9-9 FT) with six rebounds and seven assists in 43 minutes in the overtime loss to Cleveland in Game 3 on Sunday.

Teague was aggressive offensively and gave the Hawks a 2-point lead by hitting a 3-pointer with 55 seconds remaining. Atlanta would not score again. He has averaged 23.0 points and will look to extend the series past its minimum on Tuesday in Game 4.

Teague scored 27 points (11-24 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT) with four assists, three rebounds and two steals in 39 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Cavaliers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

He and Al Horford were the only two Hawks to really show up on Wednesday, as Atlanta gave away their home court advantage in the series. Teague will try to rally the troops on Friday for Game 2.

Teague came up big offensively Monday to help the Hawks tie the series and regain home court advantage. Don't expect him to score this much consistently, but he certainly has the ability to go off like this on any given night.

Teague (ankle) went scoreless (0-5 FG) in Game 6 against the Nets but added one rebound, 13 assists, two steals, and one block in 24 minutes of action.

Teague had a minor ankle sprain in Game 5 but wasn't in danger of missing any games. Although his performance was apparently affected Friday, it appears he'll be good to go moving forward.

Teague (ankle) will start in Friday's Game 6 against the Nets.

Teague suffered a minor ankle injury during Game 5 but isn't apparently dealing with any lingering effects ahead of Game 6. As a result, he seems to be in line for his normal compliment of minutes against the Nets on Friday.

The ankle issue doesn't appear to be serious, but with the Eastern Conference-leading Hawks looking firmly towards the postseason, don't be too surprised if Teague gets another night off Friday against the Heat.

Teague scored 23 points (6-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-11 FT) with six assists, four rebounds, a steal and a block in 36 minutes during Monday's win over the Kings.

He certainly appeared refreshed after resting on Sunday, as it was just the second time in his last 13 games Teague has scored 20 or more points. His numbers have tailed off a bit after his excellent start to the season, but the Hawks' point guard is still having a fine campaign.

Teague (rest) is starting Monday's game at Sacramento, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

After a one-game absence in order to rest, Teague will return to his place as the Hawks' starting point guard. In his previous four appearances, he averaged 12.8 points (on 44 percent shooting), 7.3 dimes, 2.5 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 0.8 three-pointers in 29 minutes.

Teague (rest) will not play in Sunday's game against the Lakers, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.

DeMarre Carroll and Paul Millsap will join Teague on the sidelines, with Dennis Schroder and Kent Bazemore likely to step into the starting lineup. Millsap's replacement is somewhat less clear, with Mike Scott (toe) sidelined for the next four-to-six weeks. Teague will likely be back for Monday's game in Sacramento, but it wouldn't be surprising to see Al Horford and Kyle Korver get the night off.

Teague was held to just eight points for his second straight game Friday, shooting 4-for-13 from the floor. He did manage to pick up nine assists and a steal in 29 minutes.

This is just a slump for Teague, who had scored 16 or more points in each of his first four games in March. Teague is also salvaging his fantasy value by picking up assists despite his low scoring totals. In his past two games, he has a combined three steals and 12 assists.
