Tue Mar 6 201200:53Gray double-doubles against Dwight and Co.
Aaron Gray double-doubled against Dwight Howard and the Magic on Monday, scoring 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting with 11 rebounds and a steal in 23 minutes.
Gray has played better than anybody would have imagined before the year and he looks like he has shed a few pounds. That said, he's still only averaging 7.7 points, 6.5 boards, and 0.7 blocks per game over his last six contests, making him a deep-league option at best.

Wed Feb 22 201223:00Aaron ray has big line in win over Pistons
Aaron Gray had season highs of 12 points and 12 rebounds in Wednesday's start, and also had two blocks in a win over the Pistons.
If you somehow had him in your lineup tonight, congratulations. Gray had totaled just 10 points over his last four games, and no more than seven boards in any of those, so this looks more like a fluke than anything else.

Fri Feb 10 201223:42Aaron Gray starts on Friday, grabs 11 boards
Aaron Gray got another start at center for the Raptors and racked up 11 rebounds, but was only able to score two points in 18 minutes of action.
Whether he is starting or coming off the bench, Gray simply doesn't get enough minutes to provide consistent value for fantasy owners. To make matters worse, Amir Johnson has been inserted back into the starting lineup and is playing well again. Continue to monitor Gray, but he will need more minutes to become an option.

Sat Feb 4 201201:26Gray scores eight points with six boards
Aaron Gray started at center and scored eight points on 4-of-7 shooting with six rebounds and no steals or blocks in 11 minutes on Friday against the Wizards.
Gray can't be counted on in fantasy leagues until his minute-counts go up, and with Amir Johnson playing well tonight he has another threat to his value. Just keep an eye on Gray for now.

Wed Feb 1 201219:15Aaron Gray starting again for Raptors
Aaron Gray is starting for the Raptors again on Wednesday.
Gray has three starts to his credit this season, and the numbers explain why you should avoid him -- 2.0 points on 33 percent shooting, 6.7 rebounds, 0.3 assists and 0.3 blocks in 15 minutes per game.

Sat Jan 28 201202:46Gray starts and grabs season-high 11 rebounds
Aaron Gray started at center for the Raptors on Friday, going hitless on two shot attempts for zero points, but he did grab a season-high 11 rebounds with a block in 15 minutes.
Gray doesn't strike us as a usable fantasy asset, but he could be worth a look for boards and blocks in deeper formats as long as he's starting.

Wed Jan 25 201200:03Aaron Gray quiet in start for Raptors
Aaron Gray started at center for the Raptors on Tuesday and had two points, five rebounds and two steals in 15 minutes.
Gray's promotion and the return of Andrea Bargnani really hurt Amir Johnson and Ed Davis, who both came off the bench. Johnson had just five points and three rebounds in 13 minutes, while Davis saw just three minutes off the bench. Gray has no fantasy value currently, while Johnson should be benched until we see how his minutes look going forward.

Tue Jan 24 201220:14Aaron Gray replaces Amir Johnson for Raps
Aaron Gray will start over Amir Johnson for the Raptors on Tuesday against the Suns.
Jose Calderon, DeMar DeRozan, James Johnson and Andrea Bargnani, back from a six-game layoff due to a calf injury, will round out the starting five. With Bargnani back and Amir and Ed Davis on the bench, it's unlikely Gray will have much fantasy value, but keep your eye on him.

Aaron Gray returned from an extended absence with a heart issue on Wednesday and had four rebounds in 19 minutes off the Raptors bench.
Andrea Bargnani is due back soon and Amir Johnson and Ed Davis are playing well for the Raps, meaning Gray shouldn't have fantasy value.

Wed Jan 18 201212:22Aaron Gray upgraded to day-to-day
Aaron Gray (heart) has been upgraded to day-to-day.
Gray could soon make his Raptors debut and would provide some much needed size in the second unit. He's not going to see consistent minutes with a crowded rotation and is unlikely to amass any sort of fantasy value.

Mon Jan 9 201218:34Aaron Gray to be cleared in two weeks
Aaron Gray (heart) is expected to be cleared in two weeks.
Gray underwent an ablation procedure Monday to correct his reoccurring episodes of rapid heart rate. He's a poor bet for minutes in Toronto's crowded frontcourt once active.

Wed Dec 28 201119:28Aaron Gray out again for Raptors
Aaron Gray sat out Wednesday's contest against the Pacers after warming up prior to the game.
He's got a heart issue, but has been cleared to return. It was decided that it would be best for him to go through a practice before getting into a game, so look for him in the near future.

Wed Dec 28 201118:51Aaron Gray (heart) won't play on Wednesday
Aaron Gray is not playing on Wednesday due to his heart condition.
Gray has been cleared to play but the Raptors are monitoring his condition closely, and it seems he isn't quite ready for game action. Toronto isn't deep at center, but Gray isn't likely to emerge with fantasy value even at full strength.

Wed Dec 28 201110:36Aaron Gray cleared by doctors to return
Aaron Gray (heart) has been cleared by doctors at the Cleveland Clinic to return to the court.
Despite being cleared, the team will continue to monitor his heart rate. It's uncertain if Gray will be available for the Raptors on Wednesday, but it's obviously good news to hear that he has been cleared to resume playing. As for his fantasy value, there just isn't much here even if Gray starts.

Mon Dec 26 201118:04Heart rate to keep Aaron Gray out for Raps
Aaron Gray will miss Monday's game as the Raptors monitor his heart rate.
Hopefully this isn't a serious issue, but the team will obviously err on the side of caution here. It should mean more minutes for Ed Davis off the bench.

Wed Dec 21 201123:37Aaron Gray quiet in start at C for Raptors
Aaron Gray started at center for the Raptors on Wednesday and had five rebounds, but failed to score in 17 minutes.
The Raptors appear to still be trying to figure out their starting five, and Gray is a very low-end fantasy option, even if starting.

Sat Dec 10 201113:38Raptors ink Aaron Gray to one-year deal
The Raptors have signed center Aaron Gray to a one-year deal, according to Yahoo! Sports.
This is a solid pickup for Toronto, which is filling out their frontcourt with cheap rentals (Gray, Jamaal Magloire) until Jonas Valanciunas arrives in 2012-13. Valanciunas has all but ruled out coming to the NBA this season.
