As for Bullock, it's a little puzzling the Cavs would go after a raw player like Bullock after just dealing for Spencer Hawes. He's potentially a useful player once he learns how to play in the NBA, but owners in only very deep leagues should be looking his way right now.

He had a superstar-type feel back in 2013 Las Vegas Summer League for his stylish ways of creating, but it hasn't translated to the NBA just yet. He has a lot of promise and just needs some seasoning on how to score against better defenders. As an aside, the UNC product figures to get a few more minutes with the injury to J.J. Redick.
