According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, there is "belief around the league" that the Chicago Bulls will re-sign DeMar DeRozan in the offseason. The six-time All-Star is heading to unrestricted free agency, but it looks like he won't leave the Windy City, with the Bulls reportedly ready to offer a big contract to DeRozan. He is finishing off a three-year, $81.9 million deal. The Bulls have gotten plenty of value for their money with DeRozan, who has continued to perform at a high level despite turning 34 last summer. He averaged 24.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.1 steals while playing a league-high 37.8 minutes this season. It was the 11th straight year for DeRozan to average at least 20 points per game.

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Mike Conley was very close to his second postseason double-double of the year as the team went 115-107 down to the Nuggets on Sunday. The veteran scored 15 points on 5-for-12 shooting, hitting three of seven attempts from downtown, and handed out a game-high nine assists. Conley also extended his streak with at least one steal to seven games and grabbed a pair of rebounds. It's been a good postseason campaign for Conley, who's averaging 11.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 1.1 steals in 31.8 minutes in the playoffs.

Gordon's only miss came on a jump shot 3:39 from the end when the Nuggets were already cruising to victory. He made both attempts from deep and shot 3-for-3 at the line, capping off the night with seven rebounds, six assists, two blocks, and one steal. Gordon set his career playoff high with 29 points versus the Lakers a couple of weeks back and now boasts three 20-plus efforts in total this postseason. Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic shot 15-for-26 from the field en route to 35 points in Sunday's Game 4 victory against Minnesota. The three-time MVP produced his highest-scoring performance of the 2024 playoffs, helping the defending champs tie the second-round series. Four of Jokic's misses came with five attempts from deep as he also collected seven rebounds, seven assists, three steals, and one block to his account. After struggling for efficiency at the start of the series against Minnesota, Jokic has shot 25-for-44 across the last two games. With him in improved form, the Nuggets have begun to turn the series around and can go up 3-2 on home court Tuesday night.

Indiana Pacers point guard T.J. McConnell played a big part in Sunday's 121-89 win over the Knicks with 15 points and 10 assists off the bench. Additionally, he registered four rebounds and two steals across 21 minutes of action, shooting 6-for-12 from the field and making both of his attempts from three-point range. McConnell had a strong finish with a 20-point effort in the first round, and his importance has continued to grow in the series against the Knicks. The 32-year-old has posted two double-doubles through four games, averaging 12.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 1.5 steals.

New York Knicks guard/forward Alec Burks finished as the team's top scorer with 20 points as Tom Thibodeau's troops struggled all game against Indiana on Sunday, losing 121-89. The Knicks were already down by 20 after the first quarter, and the bench guys, including Burks, ended up getting a good amount of minutes. Burks made good use of his 23 minutes on the floor, shooting 5-for-11 from the field and 8-for-10 at the line with two made triples. He was also active on the boards with five rebounds and dished out a pair of assists. Injuries have disrupted Thibodeau's plans in the postseason, with Burks making his first playoff appearance of the year in Game 2 against the Pacers. He's averaged a solid 17.0 points and 4.5 rebounds in 22 minutes across the last two games.

Boston Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis (calf) remains out for Monday's playoff contest versus the Cavaliers. Porzingis continues to work his way back from a right Soleus strain. With that in mind, it's possible he won't suit up at any point in the series. Fortunately, Al Horford has done a good job filling the void in the middle, with the 37-year-old averaging 6.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in three starts in the Conference semifinals. Luke Kornet (calf), listed as probable for Monday evening, should also continue to receive more minutes from off the bench. However, Horford has a much higher upside for DFS participants.

Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner looked good in Friday's playoff victory over the New York Knicks. The 28-year-old had only six points in Game 2 on Wednesday. Yet, he scored 21 points in Game 3 to help his squad win their first game of the Conference semifinals. The Knicks were without OG Anunoby (hamstring), which was a crushing blow for the defense. However, New York will likely adjust heading into Game 4 on Sunday, so Turner could have trouble replicating his performance from Friday night.

Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam helped lead the Pacers to a win over the Knicks on Friday evening. The former Raptor scored 26 points, adding seven rebounds and one block. He also shot an efficient 9-for-14 from the field while draining his only try from behind the arc. Siakam had his best offensive outing of the Conference semifinals in Game 3. While he's had issues staying out of foul trouble, he deserves DFS attention for Game 4 on Sunday afternoon.

Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown had 19 points in Thursday's loss to Cleveland. He added four rebounds and one assist. The 27-year-old erupted in Game 1 on Tuesday, finishing with 32 points. However, he cooled off in this one, shooting 7-for-17 from the field while missing all six attempts from behind the three-point line. In all fairness, most of the C's starting lineup struggled in Game 2. Fortunately, Brown should turn things around, meaning he remains a top DFS option for Game 3 on Saturday night.

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Reggie Jackson (calf) is questionable for Friday's playoff meeting with the Timberwolves. The veteran has a calf contusion. However, with Jamal Murray (calf) also battling a calf issue of his own, Jackson should be out there for Game 3. With that said, he's averaged only four points in this series, so DFS managers should look for other options.

Denver Nuggets guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (abdomen) is questionable for Friday's matchup with Minnesota. The Nuggets are down two games in this series, so the abdominal contusion likely won't be enough to keep him out of the lineup. While KCP has logged heavy minutes during the playoffs, he averaged just 8.4 points in the previous series versus the Lakers. Caldwell-Pope has played worse against the Timberwolves, so he's not a recommended DFS option for Game 3 and beyond, although he can get hot whenever he's on the floor.

Additionally, after the game, he was involved in "an inappropriate interaction" with an ESPN reporter during media availability. His suspension will begin at the start of next season. Beverely heads into the offseason as an unrestricted free agent.

Indiana Pacers point guard T.J. McConnell led the team with 12 assists and provided 10 points in Wednesday's Game 2 loss to the Knicks. The veteran guard logged a very productive 22 minutes off the bench, adding four rebounds to his tally and shooting 5-for-9 from the field. The Pacers were plus-10 with McConnell on the floor. That's now three straight games with double-digit scoring for McConnell, who has also averaged 8.0 dimes during the stretch. Indiana tends to play better with him on the court, and Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle clearly needs to find more minutes for McConnell to turn things around in the series.

Boston Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis (calf) remains out for Thursday's matchup against the Cavaliers. The 28-year-old suffered a right Soleus strain during the previous round versus the Miami Heat. Fortunately, team reporter Chris Forsberg posted a video to X on Wednesday that showed Porzingis doing some shooting. Nonetheless, he could still miss the remainder of the series with Cleveland. But until Porzingis is back in the lineup, Al Horford and Luke Kornet should handle things in the middle.

Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was named the 2023-24 NBA Most Valuable Player, his third time capturing the award in the last four seasons. The 29-year-old is coming off another potent season, amassing 26.4 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 9.0 assists in 79 games. He also shot 58.3% from the field, one of the best marks of his career. Jokic doesn't appear to be slowing down, so he should remain a top fantasy option for many years ahead, especially since he's among the most durable players in the National Basketball Association.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Milwaukee Bucks point guard Patrick Beverley is under police investigation for his ball-throwing incident in Game 6 against the Pacers. With the Bucks down by 20 points and heading out of the playoffs, Beverley chucked the ball at Pacers fans multiple times near the end of the game. The controversial guard, who's set to become an unrestricted free agent, has since then regretted the incident. "Unfortunate situation that should have never happened," Beverley said on his podcast. "What I did was bad, and that should have never happened. I have to be better, and I will be better. That should have never happened. Regardless of what was said, that should have never happened. Simple as that."
