Perez, 28, has a 3.53 ERA this season, however his strikeout rate has declined from 10.1 K/9 in 2008 to 5.6 K/9 in 2010. Still, he remains under team control through 2011 and there's no indication that the Indians are actually shopping him. | ||||||
