The injury led to his placement on the 60-day disabled list.In 12 games (11 starts) this season, Hughes went 1-7 with a 5.95 ERA.Hughes, 30, still has three years and $39.6 million left on the five-year, $58 million deal he signed with the Twins in December 2014.
