He has missed all six games of a road trip. "We've got to get him 100 percent," Suns coach Jeff Hornacek said. "If we have him get out there too early and he strains it more, and now he's out another 2-3 weeks, that's not going to help us out."

"That's all you can ask for on the road is having a shot at the end of the game, and we definitely had that," said Chandler, who hit seven of 10 shots from the floor. Chandler signed a four-year, $52 million deal with the Suns on Wednesday, Marc Stein of ESPN reports.

The Suns were not initially considered a frontrunner for Chandler, but they've landed the veteran center and will attempt to use him as leverage to also bring in LaMarcus Aldridge, who is meeting with the team Wednesday afternoon. Most teams were likely wary to offer Chandler four years, and he'll now be locked in through his age 36 season. Chandler averaged 10.3 points and 11.5 rebounds while recording a 20.12 PER for the Mavs last season.

Chandler returned to Dallas following a blockbuster deal with the Knicks. Healthy and lined up next to Dirk Nowitzki, the 14-year veteran bounced back from a down year to average 10.3 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game in 75 contests.

Chandler registered a highly productive year in Dallas but once again enters free agency after one season with the Mavs. The team has expressed a desire to keep the big man moving forward but multiple changes are on the horizon for Mark Cuban's team. While a new home may effect his minutes, Chandler will remain a valuable center option next season and a reliable source of blocks and rebounds.

Chandler scored 10 points (4-4 FG, 2-6 FT) in a Game 4 win over the Rockets on Sunday. He added 14 rebounds to secure his third double-double of the series.

Chandler is averaging 12.4 points and 12.6 rebounds so far this year. He will be available for Game 5 despite a minor dust-up with Houston's Dwight Howard.

Chandler posted eight points, eight rebounds, and one block in 34 minutes of action in Game 3 against the Rockets.

Chandler is averaging 10.0 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks in the series so far, but it hasn't been enough to help the Mavericks rack up a win. He's been a consistent option for the Mavericks, and he'll look to help prevent a sweet in Game 4.

Chandler scored 11 points (2-6 FG, 7-8 FT) in Tuesday's Game 2 loss to the Rockets. He added eight rebounds and two blocks.

Chandler was outplayed by Houston's Dwight Howard and was unable to repeat his Game 1 success on the boards. Dallas returns home for Game 3 on Friday.

Chandler collected a double-double in Game 1 against the Rockets, finishing with 11 points and 18 rebounds.

Chandler will once again match up with Houston's Dwight Howard as the Mavericks look to secure a split before heading back to Dallas.

Chandler scored 22 points (5-7 FG, 12-15 FT) with 15 rebounds, a steal and a block in 25 minutes during Wednesday's win over the Trail Blazers.

After getting one last night off on Monday, Chandler appears ready to tangle with Dwight Howard and the Rockets in the first round of the playoffs.

Chandler (rest) will not travel to Utah for Monday's game against the Jazz, Eddie Sefko of the Dallas Morning News reports.

Rajon Rondo will likely be the only member of the regular starting lineup in action, as Dirk Nowitzki and Monta Ellis are also heading back to Dallas. It's unclear whether the team will keep resting players for Wednesday's regular-season finale against Portland, but if Chandler is done until the playoffs, he at least went out with a bang. He finished Sunday's win over the Lakers with 29 points (9-10 FG, 2-4 FT), nine boards, an assist and two blocks in just 27 turnover-free minutes.

Chandler scored six points (2-3 FG, 3-3 FT) and grabbed 11 rebounds Friday in a double overtime win over the Nuggets. He added one blocked shot on the defensive end.

Chandler could have improved on his final stat-line but coach Rick Carlisle elected to rest his veterans for the second overtime. Chandler remains a candidate to be rested at some point before the end of the season.
