Sat Dec 25 201023:32Krstic (back) returns to action on Saturday
Nenad Krstic (back) returned to action on Saturday, scoring four points on 2-of-4 shooting with eight rebounds, two assists, and no steals or blocks in 23 minutes.
You can pretty much bank on some variation of this mediocre line on most nights, as his role in fantasy leagues is to frustrate Serge Ibaka's owners and nothing more.
Sat Dec 25 201019:42Krstic (back) to start, Ibaka back to bench
Nenad Krstic (back) will return to action and start on Saturday, sending Serge Ibaka back to the bench against the Nuggets.
It's back to normal protocol with the Thunder, and with Ibaka struggling, owners will want to exercise judgment when using him until he gets on track.

Tue Dec 21 201023:08Krstic (back) not ruling out Wednesday
Nenad Krstic (back) is not ruling out playing in Wednesday's game against the Knicks.
Asked if he feared the injury might be more serious than originally diagnosed, Krstic said, "No, it's nothing serious." When he returns, he will step back into his 15-20 minute role at center and Serge Ibaka will go back to the bench.

Tue Dec 21 201012:35Krstic out Tuesday for Thunder
Nenad Krstic (back) is out for Tuesday's game against the Bobcats.
Krstic will miss his sixth straight game and he's still day-to-day. Serge Ibaka will get another start and is a good bet to bounce back from his dreadful performance last time out.

Tue Dec 21 201009:53Krstic questionable for Tuesday
Nenad Krstic (back) is considered questionable for Tuesday's game against the Bobcats.
Krstic will test out his back at shootaround and then make a decision. Meanwhile, Serge Ibaka is coming off his worst game of the season while Nick Collison is coming off his best. Ibaka owners may want to take a wait-and-see approach until we hear about the Thunder's starting lineup tonight.

Mon Dec 20 201013:06Krstic feeling better, still day-to-day
Thunder coach Scott Brooks said Nenad Krstic (sprained lower back) "felt much better" after tough workouts on Saturday and Sunday.
Krstic still missed his fifth straight game and remains day-to-day. It's unclear whether he'll resume starting at center ahead of Serge Ibaka, but either way his fantasy appeal is minimal.
Tue Dec 14 201015:52Krstic out, Ibaka to start again for Thunder
Nenad Krstic (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Houston. Serge Ibaka will get another start in his place.
Krstic scored 18 points in a game last week but that's the exception as he's averaged just 8.0 points on the season. In 12 starts, meanwhile, Ibaka has averaged 11 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.5 blocks.

Fri Dec 10 201019:50Krstic (back) out Friday, Ibaka to start
Nenad Krstic (back) will not play on Friday against the Hornets, and Serge Ibaka will start in his place.
This news will be received quite well by the fantasy public, and if you were on the fence about whether or not to use Ibaka on a busy Friday night -- you probably shouldn't be now.

Tue Dec 7 201001:33Krstic scores season-high 18 points
Nenad Krstic scored a season-high 18 points on 8-of-12 shooting with six rebounds, one assist, and one block on Monday.
This will be one of his better lines for the year, but he gave Scott Brooks a reason not to use Serge Ibaka (two points, two boards), and in that he became a fantasy factor tonight. Ibaka is still the player to own here, by a lot.
Tue Nov 30 201000:19Krstic (back) returns to action on Monday
Nenad Krstic (back) returned to action on Monday, playing 17 minutes en route to three points on 1-of-4 shooting with seven rebounds, no assists, and no steals or blocks.
He officially goes back to spoiling Serge Ibaka's party, but that was pretty much expected coming into the year. These type of minutes and production are standard operating procedure.
Mon Nov 29 201020:31Krstic (back) starts vs. Hornets
Nenad Krstic (back) started at center against the Hornets on Monday, moving Serge Ibaka back to the bench.
This hurts Ibaka's value a bit, but he's still the player to own between the two. Ibaka has struggled a bit in the past week, but is still a worthwhile roster stash and low-end fantasy producer.

Thunder PF/C Nenad Krstic (back spasms) sat out Sunday's game, giving Serge Ibaka another start at center.
Krstic is day-to-day for OKC, though most fantasy owners are probably hoping he takes his time returning. Serge Ibaka has far more fantasy potential and Krstic is only worth considering in deep leagues.
Fri Nov 26 201019:33Nenad Krstic out with back spasms
Nenad Krstic will miss Friday's game with back spasms.
Serge Ibaka will start in his place, while Krstic will be listed as day-to-day.

Sun Nov 21 201002:59Krstic plays through bone bruise on Saturday
Nenad Krstic played through a bone bruise on his left leg on Saturday, and finished with five points on 2-of-5 shooting with two rebounds and no assists in 18 minutes.
When healthy, he isn't worth owning in most formats. But his progress is worth tracking as it pertains to Serge Ibaka, whose minutes see-saw with Krstic's for the most part.
Thu Nov 18 201000:23Krstic imitates Ibaka in easy win
Nenad Krstic had 11 points, seven rebounds and three blocks in Wednesday's win over the Rockets.
That is a great line for Krstic, although it was probably a fluke. It was, however, an excellent Serge Ibaka imitation, as Ibaka finished with 11 points, eight boards and four more blocks on the night. Ibaka is the guy you want to own here, and believe it or not, he's still available in a few leagues.
Fri Oct 29 201011:41Nenad Krstic working his way back for OKC
Thunder center Nenad Krstic said that the first two weeks of the regular season will be his version of training camp, after he spent all summer rehabbing after hand surgery.
Krstic also spent much of the summer with the Serbian national team in preparation for the FIBA World Championship. "It's going to take some time," Krstic said. "I've been playing different roles all summer, different rules and with a different basketball." He's starting for OKC but offers minimal fantasy appeal.

Wed Oct 27 201012:56Krstic to start opener
Nenad Krstic will start at center in Wednesday's season opener against the Bulls.
No surprise here. Serge Ibaka may be the better talent, but his energy is best served coming off the bench. Krstic averaged 8.4 points and 5.0 rebounds in 22 minutes a night last year, and he'll be lucky to reach those totals again. He's off the fantasy radar.

Fri Oct 22 201000:10Krstic (finger) returns on Thursday
Nenad Krstic (finger surgery) started at C in his return to action on Thursday, and logged 24 minutes on his way to eight points on 4-of-7 shooting, three rebounds, and three blocks.
It looks like Krstic will remain the starter, although Serge Ibaka should dominate the minute distribution and is the player to own in this timeshare. Krstic should probably be left undrafted in most formats.
Thu Oct 21 201014:35Krstic to make preseason debut on Thursday
Nenad Krstic (finger surgery) will make his preseason debut on Thursday.
Krstic will immediately join the starting five, but it's unclear whether he or Serge Ibaka will get the starting nod on opening night (Ibaka isn't playing in Thursday's game in what sounds like a minor wrist injury). Of the two, Ibaka's shot-blocking potential makes him the more promising bet in fantasy leagues, even if he's coming off the bench.

Tue Oct 19 201011:24Krstic still not with team
Nenad Krstic (finger surgery) is waiting to have the pins removed in his finger before establishing a timetable for return.
Krstic did not travel with the Thunder on their two-game preseason trip that wraps up tonight. He remains the likely starting center when healthy, but Serge Ibaka is going to make it at least an even timeshare. And with Opening Night just a week away, Krstic is in danger of missing the start of the season. There are better upside options at the end of fantasy drafts.
