Consider him day-to-day. If he can't play Sunday, then the Giants will probably use Buster Posey at first base and Hector Sanchez behind the plate.

Morse now has five home runs on the year. For some comparison, Giants left fielders hit just five home runs over the entire 2013 season. Morse has 15 RBI to go with those five homers, and Morse now has an .897 OPS. He should continue to bat near the middle of the Giants' order, meaning those RBI opportunities will continue to come.

Morse is now slashing a blistering .400/.455/.733 to go with 10 RBI on the young season. The slugger is a notorious fast starter known to cool, which should absolutely be noted, but he's completely healthy now after an injury plagued 2013 season, and he shouldn't lack for RBI opportunities hitting behind the trio of Pablo Sandoval, Buster Posey and Hunter Pence all year. Morse should be owned in far more mixed leagues than he is currently.

Morse came out after his five scheduled innings. The outfielder is making his way back from a calf injury, and the Giants are bringing him along slowly. Morse should still be ready for Opening Day.
