Wed Apr 23 201419:44Morse homers twice, drives in four in victory
Michael Morse went 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in a win over the Rockies on Wednesday.
Morse now has five home runs on the year. For some comparison, Giants left fielders hit just five home runs over the entire 2013 season. Morse has 15 RBI to go with those five homers, and Morse now has an .897 OPS. He should continue to bat near the middle of the Giants' order, meaning those RBI opportunities will continue to come.

Fri Apr 11 201402:34Morse continues tear, smacks pair of doubles
Michael Morse went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and drove home a pair of runs in San Francisco's extra-innings loss against Arizona on Thursday.
Morse is now slashing a blistering .400/.455/.733 to go with 10 RBI on the young season. The slugger is a notorious fast starter known to cool, which should absolutely be noted, but he's completely healthy now after an injury plagued 2013 season, and he shouldn't lack for RBI opportunities hitting behind the trio of Pablo Sandoval, Buster Posey and Hunter Pence all year. Morse should be owned in far more mixed leagues than he is currently.
