Neal is averaging 28.5 minutes off the bench over his last two games. Although, his per-minute value is still lacking which relegates his viability to deeper leagues at this point in the season.

He went from doubtful to available to play in the span of less than 24 hours, so his condition must have really improved. That said, it would be surprising if he saw enough minutes Wednesday to be fantasy relevant in most formats.
