Tue Feb 8 201101:31Harris plays just five minutes in loss to DAL
Manny Harris played just five minutes off the bench on Monday.
He may end up getting run if the Cavs go really young, but owners should move on for now.
Sun Feb 6 201111:51Harris' minutes will be limited by knee
Manny Harris' minutes will be limited by a sore knee.
Harris is not only nicked up, but he has lost his starting job to Anthony Parker. Daniel Gibson (quad) is back as well. Owners can safely move along.

Sat Feb 5 201123:34Harris scores 12 points in limited minutes
Manny Harris scored 12 points in just 16 minutes off the bench on Saturday, hitting 3-of-3 shots from the field (including two threes) with two rebounds, one assist, and one steal.
Owners may see this line and think his situation is better than it really is, while the fact is that he lost his starting job and Daniel Gibson has returned. He has done an admirable job and may very well have value in the future, but his time in the sun looks done for the time-being.
Sat Feb 5 201101:26Manny Harris starts, fails to score in loss
Manny Harris made another start for the Cavs on Friday, but missed all five of his shots and failed to score in 18 minutes.
He had 19 points and eight boards on Wednesday but appears to be on the verge of losing his job to Anthony Parker, who has been playing well. If you own Harris, it's probably time to drop him for a player on the rise. Especially considering Daniel Gibson should be back soon after missing tonight's game for personal reasons.
Fri Feb 4 201111:54Harris out, Parker in as Cavs' starting SG?
Cavaliers coach Byron Scott is "hinting" at replacing current starter Manny Harris with veteran Anthony Parker.
"I know I'm just a rookie and have good guys ahead of me," said Harris. The rookie has been playing well but there has been little doubt that his value would fade as Cleveland's back court gets healthier.

Wed Feb 2 201123:54Harris plays well in another start for Cavs
Manny Harris had 19 points, eight rebounds and two 3-pointers in another start on Wednesday.
Anthony Parker is back, while Mo Williams and Daniel Gibson are getting closer. Once they're all healthy, we doubt Harris will hold any fantasy value.
Wed Feb 2 201119:06Harris starting again on Wednesday
Manny Harris is starting again for the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
Daniel Gibson is still out with his injury, but should be back soon. Gibson should eventually replace Harris as the starter if he can stay healthy.
Mon Jan 31 201122:41Manny Harris scores 20 in another loss
Manny Harris had 20 points, two rebounds, five assists and a steal as the Cavaliers lost for the 21st straight time on Monday.
Harris started in place of injured Daniel Gibson and could have been a sneaky play this week. He'd been struggling, but scored 20 on Sunday as well. Once Gibson, who is day-to-day, Harris will likely fall back into a funk.
Sun Jan 30 201120:36Manny Harris lone bright spot in blowout loss
Cavaliers guard Manny Harris was the lone bright spot in Sunday's blowout loss, scoring 20 points (7-of-12 FGs, 3-of-5 threes, 3-of-6 FTs) with six rebounds, three assists, four turnovers, and one steal.
Harris played a team-high 38 minutes and was the only starter to log 30+, as the Cavs quickly began emptying their bench. With the loss, Cleveland set a franchise single-season record with 20 straight losses, and extend their franchise record for consecutive road losses to 23.
Sun Jan 30 201117:29Manny Harris to see start in place of Gibson
Cavs coach Byron Scott is opting to start Manny Harris over Daniel Gibson for Sunday night's game against Orlando.
Harris had some decent lines when he filled in for Gibson in the past, so this may be a situation to keep an eye on.

Tue Jan 25 201123:24Harris posts decent line during garbage game
Manny Harris scored 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds and four assists in 18 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's blowout loss.
Had this occurred during a slightly competitive game we'd give it more credibility, but this line screams of a fluke. While Cleveland may play in garbage time all year long, banking on it for fantasy purposes is a bit of a stretch.
Mon Jan 24 201123:09Harris goes back to bench in loss to Nets
Manny Harris returned to his bench role on Monday, and scored just four points on 2-of-6 shooting with five rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 21 minutes.
He is going to get 20+ minutes until another Cavs guard returns to the fold, but that's not going to do the trick to get him rostered outside of the deepest leagues. With Ramon Sessions and Daniel Gibson both coming off injuries, he's still a name to watch until they prove they can stay healthy.
Sun Jan 23 201100:07Harris starts second half w/ Sessions out
Manny Harris started the second half of Saturday's game with Ramon Sessions (ab strain) leaving the game, but still finished with just four points on 1-of-5 shooting to go with two rebounds, four assists, and a steal in 33 minutes.
We have yet to learn the severity of Sessions' injury, but if it is serious then he could see starter's minutes if Mo Williams (hip) can't return to stop the Cavs' bleeding. We wouldn't drop anybody of value to get him at this point, but he could have some short-term value if Sessions is to miss some time.
Sun Jan 16 201103:23Harris scores 14 points with seven boards
Manny Harris scored 14 points on 4-of-14 shooting (including a three) with seven rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block in another start at shooting guard on Saturday.
He is worth a look as long as Daniel Gibson or Anthony Parker are out, and especially if both are out, but with both of them possibly returning Wednesday he may find himself the odd man out sooner than later. Keep in mind that the Cavs won't be rushing anybody back in their lost season.
Fri Jan 14 201113:42Harris will start once again Friday
Manny Harris will once again start at shooting guard in Friday's game against the Jazz.
Harris is playing well, but it's not like the Cavs have a choice thanks to all their injuries. The undrafted rookie out of Michigan will get all the burn he can handle tonight. He's averaging 12.0 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.2 3-pointers per game in six starts this season.

Mon Jan 10 201119:24Cavs owner likes young guys, Harris
Cavs owner Dan Gilbert tweeted his affection for his young players, including guard Manny Harris.
"Young, athletic guys & great picks. Never gonna waiver. Like Manny?! Yep!," tweeted Gilbert. Harris has surpassed expectations all season, and may lose his value when Daniel Gibson and Anthony Parker return, but he also enjoys a groundswell of support. He is worth a look for both his short-term value and the chance the Cavs ride their young players to the finish.
