Thu Dec 5 201311:25Jason Terry (knee) will miss Thursday's game
Jason Terry (knee) will not be available for Thursday's game against the Knicks.
Terry was supposed to be out for "at least a week", but we are now right at the tail end of that timeline with no return in sight for the 36-year-old. Thursday will count as Terry's eighth straight missed game and it goes without saying that he does not belong on any fantasy rosters. Alan Anderson and Tyshawn Taylor will help pick up the slack while Terry is out, but both players are only worth a look in deeper leagues.

Sat Nov 30 201310:13Jason Terry out at least another week
Jason Terry (knee) will remain out for at least another week.
When asked if Terry had suffered at setback, coach Jason Kidd responded, "I'm not in charge of the medical reports. I just play the guys that I'm told can play." There is no timetable for Terry's return and, given his age, we wouldn't be surprised if it goes beyond a week. He hasn't played since November 20th.

Fri Nov 29 201311:51Jason Terry (knee) out Friday vs. Rockets
Jason Terry (knee) did not make the Nets road trip, and will not play in Fridays tilt vs. the Rockets.
Terry is on his last legs, and is not worth owning in any leagues. Look for Alan Anderson and Tyshawn Taylor to get some additional minutes, but neither of these guys have much fantasy value.

Tue Nov 26 201312:59Jason Terry, other Nets out Tuesday
Jason Terry (knee), Andrei Kirilenko (back), Deron Williams (ankle) and Brook Lopez (ankle) are all out for the Nets on Tuesday.
Shaun Livingston, who is dealing with a head injury, is a go, but this could be another long night for the Nets. Joe Johnson, Kevin Garnett, Andray Blatche, Paul Pierce and Livingston should do most of the heavy lifting for Brooklyn tonight.

Jason Terry (knee) did not practice on Monday with his knee issue.
The Nets are the laughing stock of the league and their team is extremely banged up. Terry is one of many aging veterans on the roster and he doesn't have a timetable to return to the lineup. He's not worth owning in any league.

Fri Nov 22 201312:08Jason Terry (knee) will miss Friday's game
Jason Terry (knee) will be unavailable for Friday's game against Minnesota.
Terry has only been averaging 4.4 points in his 17.4 minutes per game this season, so this isn't a major blow for fantasy owners. The 15th-year veteran has the ability to drain 3-pointers in bunches, but has sapped his remaining fantasy value by only averaging 0.8 per game this season.

Wed Nov 20 201311:48Jason Terry (knee) ready to play Wednesday
Updating a previous report, Jason Terry (bruised knee) will play on Wednesday.
We're leaving him off the injury report unless something changes prior to tip-off, though fantasy owners probably wouldn't miss his 5.8 points per game even if he sat out.

Wed Nov 20 201311:04Jason Terry game-time Wed. w/ bruised knee
Jason Terry (bruised knee) is a game-time decision vs. the Bobcats on Wednesday.
Terry has yet to miss a game this season but he's been a paltry fantasy option, scoring double-digit points twice while averaging 1.6 assists and 0.2 steals. The good news for Brooklyn is that Deron Williams is expected to be in the starting lineup after missing two games with a sore ankle.

Wed Oct 23 201323:39Jason Terry scores seven in debut
Jason Terry made his preseason debut on Wednesday and had seven points, two rebounds, three assists and a 3-pointer on 3-of-7 shooting in 24 minutes.
He's been out while recovering form knee surgery and the fact he played so many minutes is encouraging. But with the Nets deep and Joe Johnson healthy, Terry may not get enough minutes to be a big fantasy factor.

Fri Oct 4 201317:59Terry dealt with knee problem all last season
The Nets have given Jason Terry (knee) a timetable of "a couple of weeks" before he can go full contact.
"All season (the knee bothered me). I had a situation before the All-Star break where they were going to shut me down and we were going to have surgery, But I told I wanted to ride it out because we already had four other guys out. It would've decimated our entire team," Terry said. "So I said, we'll wait until the end of the season and knock it out." This explains a lot about last year, and Terry is off the radar in most formats for now.

Jason Terry (knee) was limited in practice on Friday.
Like teammate Deron Williams, the Nets are just being careful. Terry did admit that his knee was an issue all season last year, so the Nets just want him as close to 100 percent as possible.

Tue Oct 1 201312:27Jason Terry (knee) limited during practice
Jason Terry (knee surgery) was limited during practice on Tuesday.
Terry had arthroscopic surgery to remove an irritant from his knee back in June, and he's expected to be fully recovered in time for opening night. Even at full health, however, a reserve role on a deep Nets' squad means he'll be a 3-point specialist in fantasy leagues.

Tue Jun 25 201309:00Jason Terry won't commit to Celtics future
Jason Terry would not commit to his future with the Celtics after the departure of Doc Rivers.
"The reason I came to Boston was the opportunity to win another championship and to play for Doc Rivers. Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo were there. I wanted to be part of Celtics lore and tradition," he said. "Does that change things? I have to find out." Terry does not intend to ask for a way out of his deal, and he will help the team's summer league squad in July.

Sat Jun 15 201310:28Jason Terry dealt with knee issues all season
Jason Terry said his knee was an issue all season and admitted the injury limited him and forced him to play cautiously.
Terry underwent surgery recently, which the guard said he wanted to put off until after the season ended. Terry said he expects to be 100 percent by the time training camp opens and still believes the Celtics' goal is to compete for a title next season despite all of the offseason rumblings to the contrary.
