LHP Adam Conley has had a poor second season with a 7-8 record and a sky-high 6.20 ERA. He has made his final start of the year, and his September was terrible with an 11.94 ERA in five starts. Marlins manager Don Mattingly said he is concerned about Conley's velocity, which in his most recent start dropped to 86 mph at its best.
