Fri Dec 30 2011 | 20:09 | Jeff Pendergraph returns to practice |
Jeff Pendergraph, who had been out with a sprained right knee, returned to Pacers' practice Thursday. |
Assuming that he can get in shape from a conditioning standpoint, Pendergraph might be in uniform as soon as Monday's game in New Jersey. Even if he is ready to go next week, he is not worth a spot on your fantasy roster. |

Tue Dec 27 2011 | 09:48 | Pendergraph to return to practice next week? |
Jeff Pendergraph (knee) is hopeful that he'll be able to practice next week. |
Pendergraph "tweaked" his surgically repaired right knee about a week before the start of the season. The Pacers will be very cautious in his return, but the club could certainly use his size for depth in the rotation. He'll have his work cut out for him upon his return and will not have fantasy value. |

Sun Dec 18 2011 | 10:05 | Pacers PF Pendergraph tweaks his knee |
Pacers power forward Jeff Pendergraph tweaked his surgically-repaired knee recently, and is expected to miss the start of the season. |
That sounds like more than a 'tweak' but he is coming off a torn ACL, so Indiana has every reason to be cautious. After adding him to their training camp roster it sounds like they'll keep him through the season, as their third PF behind David West and Tyler Hansbrough. |

Free agent PF/C Jeff Pendergraph is expected to sign a two-year guaranteed deal with the Pacers. |
Pendergraph will likely make near the league minimum and will be vying for a 10-minute rotation slot, no more. There is no chance for fantasy value here. |

Wed Oct 19 2011 | 13:32 | Pendergraph says injured knee is 'doing well' |
Jeff Pendergraph posted on Twitter recently that the ACL he tore in Oct. 2010 is "doing well." |
Pendergraph was waived by the Blazers a year ago after suffering the season-ending injury, so he'll have to prove his health to a team in need of a big man once the lockout ends. It's highly unlikely that he'll end up in a situation where he has fantasy value. |

Sat Oct 23 2010 | 10:34 | Blazers ready to waive or trade Pendergraph |
The Trail Blazers are keeping Jeff Pendergraph on their roster to help facilitate a potential trade -- if no deals are struck by Monday he will be waived. |
Pendergraph tore the ACL in his right knee and will not play this season, so Portland went out and signed veteran Fabricio Oberto. The trade talks, it should be noted, do not involve disgruntled guard Rudy Fernandez. |

Fri Oct 8 2010 | 16:24 | Pendergraph out for season w/ torn ACL |
Jeff Pendergraph's season ended before it started after he tore the ACL in his right knee and will undergo season-ending surgery. |
Blazer centers and devastating knee injuries seem to go hand in hand, and this is simply terrible news for Pendergraph. He was already filling in for Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla, but at least those guys are able to run again. Marcus Camby better stay healthy until they get back, or Dante Cunningham might quickly become the new starting center in Portland. |

Thu Oct 7 2010 | 21:52 | Pendergraph hurts knee, leaves in wheelchair |
Jeff Pendergraph suffered an apparent knee injury in Thursday's preseason game and had to be taken off the court in a wheelchair. |
He was said to have tears in his eyes, so this is obvioulsy a potentially serious injury. And at this point, you have to think Blazers centers are simply cursed. The good news is that Greg Oden (knee) and Joel Przybilla (knee) both were reportedly moving at near full speed in drills earlier on Thursday. |

Thu Jul 15 2010 | 22:15 | Pendergraph back in action |

Thu Jul 15 2010 | 18:34 | Pendergraph (foot) questionable vs. Clippers |
Trail Blazers big man Jeff Pendergraph (left foot) is questionable to play vs. the Clippers, though the Blazers are simply being cautious. |
Pendergraph actually said that he is likely to play, and this minor ailment won't be an issue for long. Unless Portland's frontcourt gets decimated this season we don't expect to see much of him. |

Thu Apr 15 2010 | 01:29 | Pendergraph scores career-high 23 |
Jeff Pendergraph scored a career-high 23 points against (drum roll, please) the Warriors on Wednesday. |
Nicolas Batum added 12 points and 12 boards, while Dante Cunningham had 13 points and 11 boards in the loss. Marcus Camby and Brandon Roy sat this one out, but we don't expect to hear much from these guys in the playoffs even if Roy is out. The Blazers will now face the Suns in Round 1 of the playoffs. |
