Thu Jun 13 201318:25Festus Ezeli to miss 6-9 months after surgery
Festus Ezeli will miss six to nine months after undergoing knee surgery.
Ezeli suffered a sprained right knee at the end of the regular season. The Warriors said he needed surgery to reinforce the MCL and PCL ligaments in his right knee. Unfortunately for Golden State, the timeline makes it unlikely that Ezeli will return before Christmas and could be sidelined for most of next season.

Thu May 16 201322:05Festus Ezeli moves to the starting lineup
Festus Ezeli will start for the Warriors in Game 6 on Thursday.
Mark Jackson doesn't want to play small ball this time, which could end up being a mistake. The Spurs shot 10-of-21 from deep in Game 5 and they'll likely get plenty of open looks with Andrew Bogut and Ezeli down low. Of course, this could just be posturing and Ezeli isn't likely to get many minutes in the grand scheme of things. Carl Landry moves to the bench.

Wed May 8 201310:46Festus Ezeli expected to start in Game 2
Festus Ezeli is expected to start at power forward in Game 2 vs. the Spurs.
Ezeli will "likely" start per Mark Jackson, alongside Andrew Bogut. The matchup is designed to keep Bogut away from defending Tim Duncan, but it's not clear how much time Ezeli will actually see in the second game of the series.

Mon May 6 201317:40Ezeli starts at PF in Warriors' practice
Festus Ezeli replaced Carl Landry as the starting PF during the Warriors' practice on Sunday.
This doesn't necessarily mean that Landry will come off the bench, and the availability of Spurs big man Tiago Splitter (ankle) could determine how Golden State matches up. David Lee (hip) will be in uniform but he's only expected to play a few minutes if he takes the court at all.

Wed Apr 24 201308:17Festus Ezeli dealing with sprained right knee
Festuz Ezeli is playing through a sprained right knee.
Ezeli is wearing a "bulky brace which is limting his mobility and explosiveness," and the last thing the Warriors need is another injury to a member of their front line. The injury occurred in the regular season finale, and he has not been cleared to play without the brace.

Sat Jan 19 201322:44Festus Ezeli scores career-high 13 points
The Warriors won in New Orleans on Saturday, thanks partly to Festus Ezeli's career-high 13 points, eight rebounds and one block.
Ezeli logged 30 minutes at center due to David Lee's absence with an ankle injury, not to mention Andrew Bogut's ongoing absence. Lee is day-to-day and has suggested that he'll play on Monday, so there's no reason to bother with Ezeli in standard formats.

Tue Dec 18 201221:29Festus Ezeli will start on Tuesday
Festus Ezeli (knee) will start for the Warriors on Tuesday night.
Ezeli missed Saturday's game with a bruised knee and he should go back to playing 15.8 minutes per game. He is one of the least valuable NBA starters in fantasy hoops.

Tue Dec 18 201214:38Festus Ezeli goes through shootaround
Festus Ezeli (knee) went through shootaround on Tuesday and he's listed as questionable vs. the Hornets.
Golden State has started Andris Biedrins in his absence, and the Warriors' C position is not a source of fantasy value as long as Andrew Bogut is on the sidelines.

Sat Dec 15 201219:19Festus Ezeli out w/ bruised knee Saturday
Festus Ezeli (bruised knee) will not play on Saturday, moving Andris Biedrins into the starting lineup.
Ezeli hasn't offered fantasy value despite starting for Golden State, and Rotoworld readers know to give Biedrins a wide berth. David Lee and Carl Landry are the most realistic beneficiaries of Ezeli's injury, though he's considered day-to-day.

Fri Dec 14 201220:25Festus Ezeli (knee) heads to the locker room
Festus Ezeli injured his knee and he has returned.
He banged knees with Moe Harkless and Ezeli limped back to the locker room. He's fine and should be used normally by the Warriors. Even though he's starting, Ezeli doesn't have much value in fantasy leagues with averages of just 3.0 points in 16.0 minutes.

Sat Dec 8 201222:30Festus Ezeli goes scoreless again vs. WAS
Festus Ezeli went scoreless for the second straight game on Saturday.
The Warriors' starting center played 13 minutes, Andris Biedrins never left the bench and Andrew Bogut's return is up in the air. Still, the Warriors have won three straight with heavy doses of small-ball and outsized play from both David Lee and Carl Landry.
