Lamb missed a pair of preseason games with a bruised heel but returned to practice Thursday and should be 100 percent for the season opener Wednesday in Portland. Mon Sep 29 201415:20Lamb likely to begin season in bench role
Lamb is likely to begin the season in a bench role, The Oklahoman reports.
With Andre Roberson the apparent favorite to start at shooting guard entering camp, Lamb appears destined to hold down a similar role to the one he played last season. After spending much of his rookie season in the D-League, Lamb appeared in 78 games for the Thunder, averaging 8.5 points in 19.7 minutes. He's certainly more explosive offensively than the inexperienced Roberson, but Lamb struggles defensively and the Thunder historically prefer to start a strong defender at shooting guard.

He's having an up-and-down showing in Orlando, but the Thunder continue to give him shots. Lamb could be competing for minutes with guys like Andre Roberson now that Thabo Sefolosha is headed to Atlanta. Roberson played well today, scoring nine points with 10 boards, two assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer.

Jeremy Lamb scored 14 points vs. the Grizzlies during Saturday's 63-84 loss, adding five boards, two assists, two blocks, one 3-pointer and four turnovers.
Last summer, he and Reggie Jackson were dynamite to help OKC take home the Orlando crown, but he'll have to carry a bigger load this season. Lamb was a letdown after a solid offseason, so he'll need to show up in the regular season before he's worth a look in fantasy leagues.

Fri Mar 14 201409:32Jeremy Lamb falling way out of rotation
Coach Scott Brooks confirmed that Jeremy Lamb has essentially fallen out of his rotation.
Even when Thabo Sefolosha injured, Lamb is only playing in garbage time. He's behind Caron Butler, Andre Roberson and Perry Jones. It's a shame for such a talented player, but Lamb has always been weak on defense and his shot has been ice cold of late. "We have a lot of good players. Sacrifices have to be made all throughout the team," Brooks said.

Fri Mar 14 201400:39Jeremy Lamb plays seven minutes vs. Lakers
Jeremy Lamb played seven minutes vs. the Lakers on Thursday with two points, two boards and three assists.
He played just three minutes on Tuesday night and has really fallen apart lately. Over his previous 10 games, Lamb shot just 27.1 percent from the field for just 4.8 points per game. The second-year wing also sometimes forgets he has Kevin Durant on his team, which may be the reason why he's not getting some of Thabo Sefolosha's minutes.

Jeremy Lamb played 31 minutes and hit 8-of-11 shots and two 3-pointers for 19 points, five rebounds, two assists and a steal in Tuesday's close win over the Blazers.
Thabo Sefolosha suffered a right hand injury, but played through it. If he were to miss time, Lamb would become a hot pickup, but for now, we're guessing this is a one-and-done situation for Lamb.

Jeremy Lamb played 22 minutes and had six points, one rebound and one assist on 3-of-7 shooting.
Lamb has made some noise lately, but as long as he's coming off the bench he's going to be subject to nights like this one more often than we would care to see.

Wed Jan 29 201422:16Jeremy Lamb provides instant offense
Jeremy Lamb came off the bench to hit 7-of-10 shots and four 3-pointers on his way to 18 points, five rebounds and four assists.
He came in early with the Thunder down big and immediately started draining triples, along with teammate Derek Fisher. Lamb has actually scored in double digits in three of his last five games, averaging 13.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.8 3-pointers over that stretch. And if he can keep playing like that, he's going to stat getting scooped up off waiver wires in deeper leagues. Having said that, it wouldn't be surprising to see him disappear in his next game, either.

Jeremy Lamb scored 14 points in 18 minutes during Monday's thrilling 111-109 victory over the Hawks, adding two boards, one assist, one steal and two 3-pointers.
He's been up and down all year and this was one of his best games of the season. Lamb is showing signs of improvement, but it's hard to pick him up in most leagues with Russell Westbrook likely to return next month.

Sat Jan 25 201400:42Jeremy Lamb scores 19 points w/ added role
Jeremy Lamb scored 19 points in 30 minutes off the bench on Friday vs. the Celtics, adding six boards, three assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.
He was the primary scoring option on the wing for the Thunder with Kevin Durant (shoulder) out of the lineup. Lamb's second season has been a mixed bag, but tonight might have been the highlight considering he had the most responsibility in any of his NBA games. He's been a bit of a letdown since the Russell Westbrook injury and isn't quite worth owning in standard leagues.

Sun Jan 12 201400:20Jeremy Lamb recovers from two-game slump
Jeremy Lamb came into Saturday's game a combined 5-of-26 from the field in his previous two games, but he lit up the Bucks for 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting.
Three of his makes came beyond the arc and he chipped in three rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in just the type of performance his owners hope for. The playing time has been there (25 minutes per game in January) and Lamb is worth hanging onto thanks to his understated contributions across the board.

Sun Jan 5 201421:49Jeremy Lamb dishes career-high six assists
The Thunder coasted to a 119-96 win vs. the Celtics on Sunday, during which Jeremy Lamb scored 13 points and handed out a career-high six assists.
Three of his makes came from downtown and he didn't turn the ball over once in 23 minutes of action. Despite playing under 25 minutes as a reserve, Lamb has been a solid value in the past two weeks, averaging 12.2 points, 1.2 threes, 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 steals, all with solid FG and FT percentages. He's worth owning in standard leagues, and could become a major asset if Thabo Sefolosha (three points in 24 minutes) ever suffers a long-term injury.

Tue Dec 31 201323:06Jeremy Lamb scores 10 in empty line
Jeremy Lamb scored 10 points with six boards and one assist in 21 minutes against the Blazers on Tuesday.
He did not have any other stats outside of a turnover and shot 5-of-11 from the field. Lamb dropped his season shooting numbers to 39.8 percent from downtown and 47.7 percent overall, so that type of efficiency could turn into some nice production with consistent minutes. He's still worth holding in most leagues and hopefully coach Scott Brooks plays Derek Fisher less.
