It's probably going to be LeCure's last start for a while. He still has a fine 1.11 WHIP, but his ERA is up to 4.57, and he's likely to be sent back to the minors with Homer Bailey and Johnny Cueto due back next week. |

This move is being made so that the team has a backup plan if Travis Wood has a short outing Tuesday night. Though LeCure is showing good control this year, he's a little long in the tooth (26) to be considered a legit prospect, and his strikeout rates aren't great either. |
