Young had a pretty miserable eight minutes, with zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3PT), three rebounds and three turnovers. He's highly unlikely to fall out of the rotation, but it's noteworthy that he's played 20 or fewer minutes in each of the past three games.

This is the first news of Young's thumb injury, but a sprain isn't anything to be too concerned about. The team should confirm whether or not he is playing closer to the tipoff, but if he's unable to go, Wesley Johnson could be in line for even bigger minutes Friday.

Young is now averaging 18.0 points and 3.0 three-pointers made over the last five games, and he's coming back to form after a slow start to the season. He's worth owning in 12-man leagues, though his standard league value is limited because of his lack of production in other categories.

Young is expected to play Sunday against the Kings.

Young was issued a flagrant-2 and ejected from Friday's game after hitting Steven Adams with an elbow, but the league has not handed down a suspension, so the Lakers expect to have the charismatic guard available off the bench Sunday. Young has scored at least 10 points in 11 of his last 12 games but offers little in terms of rebounds or assists.

Young left the game with 10 points in 4-of-8 shooting. Adams actually missed his free-throws from the technical, but the Lakers clearly missed Young down the stretch, as they ended up letting a lead slip away in the fourth quarter.

Young dropped a season-high 29 points (9-14 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 5-5 FT), including a clutch three in overtime that ended up winning the game for the Lakers on Friday.

Swaggy P was the deciding factor in this game, making his most threes of the season. Young has now made three or more threes in four of his past seven games. He's also scored 20 or more points three times in that span. Young could be worth a pickup in some leagues given how many shows he's taking this season.

Young scored 12 points (5-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and added four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 22 minutes of work against the Kings on Tuesday.

Young continues to shoot poorly from the field as he was 5-13 from the field in the contest and only made one of his five three-point attempts. Young is shooting less than 40 percent from the field on the year, which will hurt owners in rotosserie leagues. He got another block in this game which gives him seven blocks in 12 games this year. It will be interesting to see whether this trend continues. Young blocked 20 shots in 82 games back in the 2008-2009 season and he is on pace to eclipse that this season.

Young scored 13 points (3-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT) and added two rebounds, one assist and a block in 24 minutes of action against the Pelicans on Sunday.

He continues to get points, albeit at a poor rate as he is shooting 37 percent from the field over his last 10 games. He has shot 43 percent for his career, so you can expect an uptick in his shooting percentage. He gives you three-point field goals though, as he is average almost three a game over his last seven games. Oddly, he is also averaging almost one block per game over the same stretch, which is a nice throw in to his production but it shouldn't be expected.

It's Young's best performance since returning to action from his thumb injury, and he's now scored in double-digits in three straight games. If you need to boost your three-point production, Young could be worth picking up.

Swaggy P is back in business. The Lakers' reserve is getting solid minutes, and this seems to be a trend that won't be slowing down. He and Kobe Bryant are the prime scoring threats for this team, and Young should be a player to look at adding in most fantasy leagues if he's still out there.
