Arthur is out of Friday's game against the Clippers with a lower-leg strain, the Denver Post reports.

Arthur scored 12 points (5-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and accumulated nine rebounds, five assists and one steal in 28 minutes off the bench on Wednesday against the Houston Rockets.
Arthur has seen an increase in minutes over his last three games (24 minutes per game versus 18 minutes for the season). During that span he is scoring 13.3 points and contributing 6.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 2.3 3PM. These are solid numbers from a guy who isn't likely owned in your league as he is owned in less than one percent of ESPN leagues. If you're need of a filler in a deeper league or a short-term option in standard leagues you could find worse than Arthur.

Arthur scored 12 points (6-17 FG, 0-3 3P) with 13 rebounds, two assists and a steal in 24 minutes off the bench before fouling out of Monday's OT loss.
JJ Hickson got the start at power forward, but Arthur ended up playing more minutes than Hickson. Kenneth Faried (back) should be back in the lineup soon enough, but if Faried does miss further time Arthur could be worth picking up in deeper leagues.

Arthur (knee) was able to play Monday against the Jazz, and managed to log 12 points, two rebounds, one assist, and two steals in 17 minutes of action.
Arthur played through a bruised knee, and it appears he wasn't bothered it. Still, he's averaging just 7.3 points and 3.5 rebounds for the season, and it'll be tough to own him in standard leagues unless he finds more minutes in the rotation.

Arthur (knee) will play Monday against the Jazz, the Denver Post reports.
Arthur bruised his knee against the Bulls last Tuesday, but played Wednesday and Friday despite the issue. He was held out of practice Sunday after having his knee drained over the weekend, but will play Monday. Arthur is averaging 14.8 minutes on the court over the Nuggets' first four games of the season.
It appears as if Arthur will have a minimal role off the bench this season as he's currently listed below Kenneth Faried on the depth chart. There's no reason to believe this will change in the near future and Arthur will likely struggle to stay on the court for more than 20 minutes on any given night as a result.

Fri Apr 18 201417:18Darrell Arthur planning to pick up option
Darrell Arthur is planning to pick up his player option of $3.4 million this offseason.
It's kind of a no-brainer for Arthur after yet another injury-plagued season. He played just 17.1 minutes per game and couldn't really get much playing time despite the Nuggets having very little depth down the stretch. He The 26-year-old forward won't have much fantasy value next season.

Darrell Arthur (knee) is traveling for Tuesday's game vs. the Clippers and is expected to play.

Thu Apr 10 201400:19Darrell Arthur (knee) logs just 18 minutes
Darrell Arthur played on Wednesday after missing Tuesday's practice due to a knee issue, scoring four points with three boards, one assist, one block and one steal in 18 minutes.
He's had a few issues in his career, most notably a torn Achilles back in 2011. Arthur was expected to see some extra playing time since J.J. Hickson (knee) and Wilson Chandler (groin) went down, but he's played just 18.8 minutes per game over his last five for averages of 6.0 points, 4.6 boards and 1.2 blocks. Chances are his lack of durability explain the low playing time and he's only a low-end option in fantasy right now.

Tue Apr 8 201416:42Darrell Arthur (knee) expected to play Wed.
Darrell Arthur (knee) didn't practice on Tuesday but he's expected to play in Wednesday's game vs. the visiting Rockets.
This sounds like a precautionary day off for the six-year veteran, who is averaging 7.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.7 blocks in just 20 minutes per game this April. Roto league owners scouring the waiver wire for defensive stats should at least keep Arthur in mind.

Darrell Arthur slipped in Monday's loss, scoring five points on 2-of-5 shooting with two rebounds and one three in 16 minutes.

Thu Mar 27 201401:34Darrell Arthur scores nine in 30 minutes
Darrell Arthur played 30 minutes against the Spurs on Wednesday with nine points, four boards, one assist, four steals and three blocks.
The defense was a surprise from DA, but the playing time is not. He's played 25.5 minutes per game in his last four and looks to be a main bench guy next to Aaron Brooks. Arthur hasn't shot the ball too well, but he has the potential to be worth owning in standard leagues.

Sun Mar 23 201419:53Darrell Arthur scores 15 points w/ three 3s
Darrell Arthur drained three 3-pointers on his way to 15 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals in just 25 minutes off Denver's bench on Sunday.
Arthur had a clear path to playing time with J.J. Hickson (knee) done for the season, Wilson Chandler (groin) day-to-day, and Jan Vesely leaving Sunday's game with a rib injury. He's scored double-digit points in three straight games and is worth a look given Denver's injury woes, especially since he's unexpectedly averaging 1.6 three-pointers over his past seven games.

Sat Mar 22 201401:46Arthur scores 11 points with one block
Darrell Arthur scored 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting (including a three) with two rebounds, two assists and one block in 28 minutes off the bench on Friday.
Arthur is posting some sneaky late-round value in 9-cat formats over the last eight games with averages of 16.3 minutes, 8.9 points, 1.0 threes, 2.6 boards, 0.9 steals, 0.8 blocks, 0.9 turnovers and 51.9 percent shooting from the field. Obviously that's small sample size theater but the injury to J.J. Hickson (knee) could open up more minutes and that makes him worth a look at least. Anthony Randolph (10 points, six boards, 16 minutes) is a cut or two below Arthur. The Nugs finish out with a 3-4-3 schedule.

If he can do it again we'll let you know but one look at his game log will show why we're not biting on this even in the deepest of formats.
