James Anderson shot 1-of-5 from the field for three points with two boards, six assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes against the Wizards on Friday.

The scoring numbers don't jump off the box score, but at least he added stats in every other department. Anderson getting 34 minutes is big for his value, so there's little reason to cut him unless it's to pick up a red-hot free agent.

We'll keep a close eye on Philly's rotations throughout the preseason, and this report gives Anderson a glimmer of hope for fantasy purposes.
