GM Ruben Amaro Jr. said Wednesday that Rollins' hamstring has improved, but he is not yet ready to start baseball activities, the Philadelphia Daily News reports.
Amaro refused to put a timeline on Rollins' return when asked if he could rejoin the team on next week's road trip. Freddy Galvis will likely see the majority of the starts at short while Rollins remains sidelined.

Rollins (hamstring) is unlikely to return during the Phillies' current homestand ending Sunday, but manager Ryne Sandberg expects the shortstop back sooner rather than later, Ryan Lawrence of the Philadelphia Daily News reports.
Rollins underwent tests on his hamstring Tuesday, which revealed a mild strain. The veteran has been quite durable over the course of his career, but given how much time he's already missed, he looks on track to play his lowest total of games for a season since 2011. Freddy Galvis looks poised to assume the bulk of the shortstop duties until Rollins is cleared to return.

Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg said Tuesday that Rollins' hamstring strain is "mild" and described him as "day-to-day," ESPN's Jayson Stark reports.
Rollins suffered the injury Monday night and said afterward that he would likely miss 10 days or so. While Sandberg's comments don't necessarily move his estimated return up, it seems the skipper may be holding out hope the 35-year-old will be able to contribute in some capacity before the end of the homestand.

Rollins (hamstring) stated after Monday's game that he expects to miss roughly 10 days, Matt Gelb of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Rollins suffered a strained right hamstring in the fourth inning of Monday night's game, but it sounds as if the veteran shortstop still expects to return to action this season. He'll have an ultrasound on the hamstring Tuesday, however, which should provide more insight regarding the severity of the strain. It will be tough to judge the accuracy of Rollins' self-appointed timetable until the test results arrive.
Mon Sep 8 201420:45Jimmy Rollins: Exits With Hamstring Strain
Updating a previous report, Rollins left Monday's game due to a strained left hamstring, MLB.com's Todd Zolecki reports.
Rollins tweaked the hamstring while attempting to leg out a triple, which ultimately caused his removal from the game. His projected absence depends on the grade of the strain, which should be determined when the team conducts further evaluations in the coming days. If Rollins does end up missing an extended period of time, Freddy Galvis would seemingly be the most likely candidate to get extra playing time at shortstop.
Mon Sep 8 201420:29Rollins left Monday's game in fourth inning with apparent injury
Rollins left Monday's game in the fourth inning with an apparent injury, MLB.com's Todd Zolecki reports.
Rollins hit a triple off Jeff Locke in the bottom of the fourth, but came up looking as if he may have tweaked something. The discomfort was enough to force an early exit, as Freddy Galvis replaced him at shortstop in the following frame. Look for his status to be updated by the team near the conclusion of the game.
Wed Sep 3 201410:16Rollins out of lineup Wednesday against Braves
Rollins is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Braves, Ryan Lawrence of the Philadelphia Daily News reports.
With Rollins' streak of consecutive multi-hit games end at three Tuesday night, the shortstop will receive a day off for maintenance purposes. He'll turn over the position to Freddy Galvis after starting the last 13 games.

Sun Aug 24 201416:43Rollins 1-4 with two run home run Sunday against Cardinals
Rollins went 1-for-4 with a two run home run Sunday against the Cardinals.
Following a seven home run month of July for Rollins, it took until the 24th of the month to hit his first in August. The month has also been his worst of the season offensively, batting a horrid .203/.284/.228 with just one RBI coming into Sunday. Luckily, the month is almost over and the 35-year-old shortstop will get a chance to improve without the pressure of a playoff chase in September.
Mon Aug 18 201415:10Rollins not in lineup Monday
Rollins is not in the lineup Monday, The Morning Call's Stephen Gross reports.
He'll get a rare day off, as he's typically a staple in the lineup, and one of the few semi-bright spots on the Phillies from a fantasy perspective. Andres Blanco gets the start at shortstop.

Rollins was 2-for-5 Wednesday with a run, RBI and two stolen bases in a 4-3 loss to the Angels.
Rollins isn't hitting particularly well this season (.239/.315/.387), but he's showing surprisingly spry legs for a 35-year-old with 24 stolen bags.
Mon Aug 4 201417:39Rollins placed on revocable waivers by Phillies on Monday
Rollins was placed on revocable waivers by the Phillies on Monday, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports.
The move is merely procedural for the rules surrounding MLB trades in August. If Rollins is claimed, he can be pulled back to the Phillies or traded to the claiming organization. If he clears waivers, the Phillies can deal him anywhere. His fate will be determined by Wednesday at the earliest.
Thu Jul 31 201422:47Rollins 3-5 with RBI, run scored and pair of steals in Thursday'...
Rollins went 3-for-5 with an RBI, run scored and pair of steals in Thursday's win at Washington.

Wed Jul 30 201409:41Rollins not in lineup for Wednesday's game against Mets
Rollins is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Mets, according to CSN's Jim Salisbury.
Rollins has started every game since July 8, so manager Ryne Sandberg decided to give him a day off with the Phillies playing an early afternoon affair Wednesday. Andres Blanco will get the start at shortstop in Rollins' place.
Tue Jul 29 201422:11Rollins hits 6th July homer as Phils top Mets
Jimmy Rollins hit a solo home run and walked in five plate appearances in Tuesday's win against the Mets.
Rollins broke a scoreless tie in the third inning, hitting a fly ball just over the fence in right field off of Mets starter Dillon Gee. It's the sixth homer of the month, and the 14th overall, for the shortstop. His numbers continue to hover around the league average for shortstops, as he owns a .239/.321/.398 slash line with 47 RBI and 19 stolen bases.

Fri Jul 25 201410:05Jimmy Rollins' 2015 option about to vest
Jimmy Rollins' $11 million option for 2015 will vest with two more plate appearances.
The only thing that would potentially keep the option from being guaranteed would be Rollins ending the season on the disabled list, but even then the option will kick in if a doctor deems him ready for Opening Day 2015. Rollins, 35, is having a solid season, batting .243/.326/.398 with 13 homers, 45 RBI and 19 stolen bases. The veteran shortstop has 10-and-5 no-trade rights but indicated last month that he could be willing to waive them should the Phillies have a firesale.

Jimmy Rollins homered twice and knocked in three runs in a 6-2 win over the Nationals on Friday night.
Rollins connected for a two-run shot off Jordan Zimmermann in the third inning and later added a solo blast against Craig Stammen in the seventh. It was his first multi-hit homer game since August 1, 2012, also against the Nationals. While the 35-year-old has seen his batting average drop off in a big way since the start of the season, he's now up to 11 home runs on the year. He hit just six of them in 160 games last year.

Wed Jul 9 201423:03Rollins' homer gives Phils lead, win over MIL
Jimmy Rollins broke a 1-1 tie with a two-run home run in the sixth inning as the Phillies defeated the Brewers on Wednesday.
Rollins' homer off of Kyle Lohse, which turned out to be the game-winning hit, was his first home run in over a month. The shortstop hasn't done a whole lot offensively after a quick start to the season, but still has average numbers relative to his position. He is slashing .240/.325/.375 with nine home runs, 34 RBI, and 17 stolen bases.
