Indians manager Manny Acta expects David Huff to be called up from the minors to start Sunday against the Twins.

He'll start in place of the injured Carlos Carrasco. Huff was optioned to Triple-A Columbus earlier this month to make room for Ubaldo Jimenez in the starting rotation, but he certainly pitched well enough to stick around. Huff overstayed his welcome in the big leagues, posting a dreadful 2-9 record, 34/30 K/BB ratio, 6.04 ERA and 1.69 WHIP in 13 starts for the Indians. The 25-year-old left-hander will work on some things down on the farm and could rejoin the Tribe in a few weeks if he begins to show improvement.
