Tue Apr 1 2014 | 13:06 | Mets OF prospect Puello assigned to AAA |
Fresh from a 50-game PED suspension, New York Mets outfield prospect Cesar Puello has been assigned to the AAA Las Vegas 51s. |
Puello's breakout season was cut short due to the Biogenesis suspension in early August, leaving many questions about his .326/.403/.547 slash line. If Puello hits in the hitter-friendly Pacific Coast League, he could see some time in Queens during 2014. |
