Xavier Henry (ankle) believes he'll be able to play in about two weeks.
"I have a good estimation of about 10 days maybe, but I'd say in the next two weeks I'll be out there playing," said Henry. The no. 12 overall pick from the 2010 draft will look to carve out a consistent role backing up both the shooting guard and small forward positions.

Wed Jan 4 201211:37Hornets acquire Xavier Henry from Grizzlies
The Hornets have acquired Xavier Henry from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for a second-round pick.
Henry is currently nursing torn ligaments in his right ankle, but he'll serve as a swingman off the bench for the Hornets when he's healthy. New Orleans has added more youth with the No. 10 overall pick from the 2010 draft, but he's unlikely to be useful for fantasy owners this season.

Grizzlies SG Xavier Henry (knee) is reportedly "fine" and working out with no issues.
Henry is running, jumping, and cutting, which is great news considering surgery was discussed as an option in mid-May. He dealt with soreness during most of his rookie campaign and may lose precious weeks of training and experience if the lockout goes into effect.

Mon May 16 201121:56Henry may still need surgery on his knee
Xavier Henry, who lost much of his year to an ongoing knee injury, said on Monday that he may still need surgery, but he hopes that it will not come to that.
He hopes to be cleared in 3-4 weeks, but one has to wonder if somebody will talk some sense into him if the injury does indeed need surgery. With the summer and potential lockout in front of him, there won't be any better time for him to go under the knife.

Fri Feb 25 201113:02Xavier Henry could require knee surgery
Grizzlies rookie guard Xavier Henry's chronically sore right knee could require season-ending surgery.
Henry plays a bit role for the Grizzlies (we didn't even notice that he sat out Wednesday) and with O.J. Mayo still around his minutes weren't likely to expand. Still, this would be a tough break for the Grizzlies' depth chart and would strip Henry of valuable experience. Stay tuned.

O.J. Mayo's suspension could clear some playing time for Grizzlies' rookie Xavier Henry.
"If somebody gets in foul trouble or if I want to move him over and play him behind Rudy, I'll put him in the game," said coach Lionel Hollins. He played just seven minutes on Friday, however, as Sam Young and Tony Allen split minutes at SG.

Wed Jan 5 201102:31Henry misses Tuesday's game with sore knee
Xavier Henry missed Tuesday's game against the Thunder due to his sore knee.
With O.J. Mayo's future in Memphis getting cloudier by the day, it can only help Henry, but he still hasn't proven himself in fantasy leagues one bit. That could change real quick given the right circumstance, though, so don't count the rookie out for all of this year.
