Clarkson (ankle) said he's unsure if he'll play in Wednesday's season finale, Mark Medina of the LA Daily News reports.

Clarkson suffered a minor ankle injury in Monday's game against the Kings. He played 47 minutes in the contest, putting up 23 points, six assists and five rebounds while shooting 10-of-21 from the field. If Clarkson can't go, recent acquisition Vander Blue would likely step into the starting lineup.

Clarkson scored 23 points (10-21 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT) with six assists, five rebounds, five steals and a block in 47 minutes during Monday's loss to the Kings.

He's on a roll to finish up his rookie season, averaging 19.6 points, 6.3 assists, 4.3 boards, 1.9 steals and 1.3 threes over the last seven games. Look for Clarkson to have one last solid fantasy night on Wednesday in the second game of a home-and-home against Sacramento.

Clarkson scored 21 points (7-18 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 7-7 FT) with three rebounds, nine assists and two steals in 35 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Nuggets.

Clarkson has been pretty consistent since the start of March, putting up solid points, rebounds and assists. He also adds a three-pointer and steal from time to time and should be owned in all leagues.

Clarkson bounced back from Sunday's two-point debacle against the Clippers and put up 20 points against the Clippers on Tuesday. He also finished with four rebounds, six assists, and one three-pointer in 36 minutes.

Clarkson was destroyed by Chris Paul in Sunday's game, but after some film study Monday, he came back and did well against Paul in the second game of the home-and-home set. Since the All-Star break, Clarkson has averaged 15.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 0.6 steals, 0.2 blocks, and 0.8 three-pointers in 31 minutes per game. There is plenty to like there, but there are some red flags with Clarkson. He's playing well on a bad team, doesn't shoot well from beyond the arc, and doesn't do much on defense. His real fantasy value is probably going to end up being pretty similar to what Rodney Stuckey's has been unless Clarkson can develop a legit three-point shot earlier in his career.

Clarkson exploded for 27 points, seven rebounds, and five assists in 35 minutes of action Friday against the Blazers.

Clarkson has been a force to reckon with over recent play, averaging 20.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 6.6 assists, and 1.0 steals over the last five games. He's really emerged as a fantasy stud on a weak Laker squad and should continue to be owned in most leagues.

Clarkson recorded a double-double in 44 minutes Monday against Philadelphia as he scored 26 points (9-15 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 8-10 FT) to go along with six rebounds, 11 assists and three steals.

Clarkson had everything working in his favor Monday as Jeremy Lin was out due to an illness, he was playing a poor Sixers squad and the game went into overtime. The Lakers are still leaning heavily on Clarkson as he has played at least 33 minutes in each of his last five games, averaging 21.6 points and 6.0 assists over that stretch. Look for him to continue to see increased production should Lin miss any more time.

Clarkson posted 14 points, four rebounds, and two steals in 33 minutes of action Friday against the Raptors.

Clarkson has held onto his starting spot in spite of Jeremy Lin's promotion. He's averaging 16.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 1.0 steals over the last five games, which makes him worth owning in standard leagues.

Clarkson remained as a starter Wednesday against the Timberwolves and posted 20 points, five rebounds, and two assists in 38 minutes of action.

It was thought that Clarkson would head to the bench with Jeremy Lin starting, but it appears he's found his way to remain as the starting shooting guard. He's been excellent this season ever since Kobe Bryant went down, and he'll continue to produce well in standard leagues moving forward.

Clarkson remained in the starting lineup Tuesday against Oklahoma City and responded with his best game of the season. He had a career-high 30 points to go with seven assists, four rebounds, and three blocks over 36 minutes.

Clarkson had a mini scoring drought with just 16 total points over his previous two games coming into Tuesday's game. He and Lin were prolific, combining for 49 points and 14 assists. Clarkson will likely remain in the starting lineup despite the other adjustments Byron Scott is making to the rotation.

Clarkson will start alongside Jeremy Lin in the Lakers' backcourt Tuesday versus the Thunder.

Clarkson has seen plenty of time at point guard this season, but with Lin joining him in the starting lineup Tuesday, both players will probably share ball-handling duties. That could inhibit Clarkson's fantasy value to some degree in the assist category, although it could also set him up for more scoring opportunities. Nonetheless, it should be interesting to track how Clarkson and Lin get along in the same backcourt.

Clarkson scored 17 points (7-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) with six rebounds, three assists and two steals in 25 minutes during Monday's loss to the Warriors.

He and Jeremy Lin split minutes almost evenly Monday, and that could remain the case until Lin takes over as the starting point at the end of the month, a switch announced in advance by Lakers coach Byron Scott. Clarkson has had a solid run, but his fantasy value seems headed for a dip down the stretch.

Clarkson is expected to come off the bench in the final 10 games of the season, Mark Medina the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

Fellow point guard Jeremy Lin is expected to take over the starting spot under the direction of coach Byron Scott who has continually changed his starting five all season long. This regime change, if it does in fact materialize, will take place March 30th against Philadelphia. At that time Clarkson's value will likely take a hit despite the fact that he's done a solid job at the helm of the Lakers offense as a rookie.

Clarkson scored a career-high 25 points (12-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt) Friday in a loss to the Grizzlies, in addition to picking up six assists and four rebounds in 36 minutes.

Clarkson's previous high was 22 points Feb. 25 against the Jazz. He's now scored double-digit points in six straight games, and is averaging 13.7 points per game in his past four outings.

Clarkson scored 16 points (7-9 FG, 2-2 3Pt) Friday, a game after scoring a career-high 22. He finished the win over the Bucks with four rebounds and five assists in 30 minutes.

Clarkson hasn't been lighting any particular category up, but he is shooting 47.7 percent from the floor this month, including 37 percent from beyond the arc. However, He's averaging less than 28 minutes per game in February and doesn't dish out enough assists to be a widely used point guard in standard leagues.

Clarkson had 22 points (10-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals in 34 minutes against the Jazz on Wednesday.

The 22 points are a new career high for Clarkson. It seems that he is the go-to man at the point for the Lakers and should see quite a bit of playing time the rest of the season. The two steals were a big plus, he had gone four straight games without a steal after he had seven steals in two games against the Cavs and Magic.

Clarkson finished with 17 points (6-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds and four assists in 27 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Trail Blazers.

Clarkson has been relatively inconsistent as a starter, but has now scored 14 points or more in six out of his last eight games, so he's getting better. Over those eight games he's averaging 14.4 points and four assists, so there's some limited fantasy value there. If he continues to start and play around 30 minutes, he's definitely someone to keep an eye on moving forward.

Clarkson is putting up good value since he moved into the starting lineup for Los Angeles. If he's still floating around the waiver wire he's worth the addition because it's clear that he's the primary scorer in Los Angeles.

Clarkson scored 19 points (6-13 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-6 FT), to go with three rebounds, one assist, and two steals in 34 minutes on Sunday.

Clarkson has turned it on over his last three games, averaging 18.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.6 three-pointers a game. Los Angeles clearly wants to see what they have in the guard and he's been impressing them lately. If Clarkson is floating around on the waiver wire he's worth the addition for potentially being a featured player in this offense.

Clarkson started and scored a season-high of 18 points (8-18 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), while also adding three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 36 minutes during Tuesday's loss to the Wizards.

Clarkson made his third straight start of the season, finally breaking out for a new season-high in points. Over those three games he's now averaging 12.3 points and three assists in 31.3 minutes. While he's still limited in his fantasy value, continue to keep a close eye on him, as he may continue to get better with increased confidence after Tuesday's showing. As long as he's the starter, he should get minutes in the high twenties or low thirties, so he'll have the opportunity to earn even more value as a fantasy player moving forward.

Clarkson earned a second straight start Sunday, putting up eight points (2-10 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two assists, one steal, and five turnovers in 28 minutes.

With Kobe Bryant (shoulder) expected to sit out the rest of the season, the Lakers have already started to make changes to their rotation with more of a focus on the future. As a result, Clarkson is getting a look as the starting point guard. This should turn out good one way or another. Either Clarkson will get minutes the rest of the way and be of use in fantasy, or the rookie combo guard will struggle, and the Lakers will be forced to play Jeremy Lin to avoid total embarrassment. Clarkson had to play the Spurs and Rockets in his first two starts, so don't judge him too harshly for his struggles. He's worth a flier in most 12-team leagues.
