Wow. Yes, it was the preseason and half the team's core players were out tonight, but last week's issues with knee tendinitis conjured up thoughts of Richardson not being able to get his feet off the ground in Orlando. The ankle issue was clearly a non-issue, and Richardson's outburst suggests he's ready to fight for late-round value for at least one more year.

Richardson had a miserable 2011-12 season with averages of 11.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.9 treys on 40.8 percent shooting, but he'll look to rebound in new surroundings. With Nick Young lurking, Richardson can't afford a poor start in training camp.
