Pacers president Larry Bird gave first-year coach Nate McMillan something Indiana was missing. A roster rebuild is in full swing in Indiana, where the Pacers made their second trade in as many days to land Thaddeus Young from the Brooklyn Nets for the 20th overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft.
