Miller has clashed with Nuggets coach Brian Shaw in recent days and will remain away from the team. Randy Foye and Nate Robinson will continue to see additional minutes in Miller's absence. The Warrior and Kings have been mentioned as possible landing spots for Miller, who can remain on the waiver wire in standard fantasy leagues.
