Thunder PF/C Nick Collison did not play on Sunday because of poor matchups. |
Collison is healthy and it's somewhat odd that OKC would have dropped a multi-year extention into the lap of a backup big man with such matchup-based limitations. Regardless, he's not a fantasy asset. |

All this means is that he hasn't had any setbacks, since there is still no timetable for his return. His absence has cleared a few minutes for Serge Ibaka, and it's unclear at this time if he would be able to get those minutes back based on Ibaka's strong play so far. |

Thunder big man Nick Collison could miss the first three weeks of the season with a stress reaction in his left leg. |

The 30-year-old PF/C feels that he could play through the pain, but OKC has little incentive to risk further injury at the start of the season. |
